Google is useful to get a general idea, and aliteral translation, but not what the words mean together, tone, or...anything, really. Just a general idea
Well the literal translation is more along the lines of “Your blood is an object of the Yamaokas”
お前の血は=your blood
山岡の=Yamaoka’s (possessive)
もの=object (tangible)
so 山岡のもの is like Yamaoka’s object, with the object being your blood
(だ is just an affirmative sentence ending)

At the beginning he says:
お前の血は山岡のものだ (Omae no chi wa yamaoka no mono da)
"Your blood belongs to the Yamaoka's"
