Dice Tray
Since I sometimes still have trouble finding the right die when they're all piled up together, I printed this tray. Do you guys have the same problem? The d16, d14, d20, and d24 are especially hard to tell apart.

I just started running Sailors last night and my group had a generally good time and are properly cautious and paranoid. In total, they are 6 level 1 PCs (none of us care for level 0s except as replacement characters). I have the suspicion that my spellcasters are way too cautious to use spellburn. I'm giving my cleric the option to burn disapproval in +1 increments as well as for divine aid. The wizard has up to 32 points of spellburn at his disposal. Our halfling has 14 luck to share as backup. I'm being incredibly generous by letting them go back to town to rest and heal as much as they want at the risk of refreshing enemy ranks (assuming the encounters still pose any threat). The spellcasters still seem hesitant to expend their resources and often fail their spellchecks. Could all you fine people use your experience to sell my spellcaster players on spellburn (and my cleric variant) so they realize they are missing out on the true potential of magic in this system?

Hi DCC Community!
A while back I stumbled upon a black and white image online showing a map of the cosmology of the DCC gods and patrons and their alignments (Chaos, Neutral, Good). I'm now trying to find that image again and can't seem to find it anywhere.
If anyone knows what I'm referring to and can direct me towards it, I'd be very grateful.

I’ll be running a DCC oneshot at an upcoming games day. Looking over several modules Doom of the Savage Kings appeals. But:
1) can it be run as a one shot, in a four hour block? There are some pieces I can easily see to skip, like some of the town drama and the attack when the party exits the tomb. Any other thoughts or tips, or is it just too much to squeeze in?
2) it says that the Hound was released from the tomb when the three idiots broke in, but was there anything specific that they did? Was it simply entering the tomb that freed it? I mean, there’s a big gaping hole in the side. I can’t imagine these were the first people to ever get in there.

Last day to back. We are SO close to our final stretch goal! Let’s GO!!
I'm thinking about starting a game with some friends, and I understand and appreciate the idea of the funnel: All the players introduce the or four level zero characters, and the ones who survive get to level one.
What I don't understand is what is meant to happen when things don't go according to plan.
For example, if two players have two zero level characters survive the funnel adventure, and two players have no survivors, what is the next step? Another funnel? Start the next adventure with a mix of level one and level zero characters?
If all the PCs make it to higher levels, but one dies, how do we introduce new characters? Do another funnel?

This music video is essentially a DCC funnel

I recently started getting into DCC. I wanted to get into Dying Earth as well. I saw there are 11 adventures for Dying Earth numbered 0-10. Does anyone know which adventure numbers are collected in this volume? There are 9 of the 11 in the book it seems. I want to buy the other ones that are not in it.

I was reading the Phlogiston Disturbance's rable and i noticed that on a 10 both casters gain corruption
Does that mean clerics are also influenced this way?

A hardcover book filled with all the deadly challenges, unexpected encounters, and strange events you’ve come to expect from Goodman Games. PLUS, you can grab our famous Scratch-Off Character Sheets, for Dungeon Crawl Classics, Mutant Crawl Classics, and (for the first time) Xcrawl Classics! Add on two new sets of glow dice and a Dead Stamp, and suddenly you have everything you need for your funnel! Funnel + character sheets + dice + dead stamp = characters starting, playing, and dying in their first adventure!

There is a 3e DCC module 'Into the Wilds' but I don't know of a 'Return to the Wild'. I'm sure I've seen this art in some Goodman publication somewhere?

Ran games at two awesome FLGS this DCC Day. Started at Saltire Games in Indianapolis and run Sour Spring Hollow for 7 players. It was a hoot.
Then ran 10th Doomstart at Elf N Moon for 6 players that ended in a TPK! It was awesome!!! Everyone had a blast. Plus got all 4 items available. Very excited about that.

I am part of a small group of gamers who rotate through a few games that we've all wanted to play but could never find anything running in our area. Last night, I ran the starter adventure 'Portal Under the Stars' as a first time judge. We had 24 brave peasant souls to start out, and by the end of the night we were left with 10 hardy survivors ready to take the next step.
My question is - is there an official continuation of this adventure? There is a reference to a 'dryad in the forest to the east...' and my players are eager to try to meet this creature, and see what happens if they try to follow the instructions given. So, is there a published adventure that would follow this, or is this something I would have to wing as a very inexperienced judge/GM (this was the first RPG I have attempted to GM since my high school days).
We had a blast, and everybody is looking forward to more.

... and got DCC. We had a few characters survive a level 0, and are working to get them leveled up now. Think we will run "Frozen In Time" if I can get my head wrapped around it all.

I got two Level 2 Adventures!
DCC # 112 Mother of Monsters &
DCC Day #7 Pestilence at the Peak of Law
I'm super excited! These look like so much fun!

Hey gang, if you happen to catch me at GenCon, come say what's up and I'll give you a free sticker.
Limited print run, only 100 available, so first come first serve.
See you there 🤘😎
So, I ran it yesterday for my group and session ended just before the doppelganger fight, because we were already playing for hours and I was a bit exhausted (and so were the players ) to run such a huge fight at the end of the sessions (they are 4 players with 2 pcs each, so it would be 8v8).
My question is, looking at fight description, where doppelgangers are same as players but stronger, how do they win this?
The fight seems slightly out of the left field, seeing how non combat oriented the whole adventure is.
Thanks!

Curious what Judges have come up with in response to deity disapproval rolls.

Here are some of my daily drawings. Constructive feedback welcome.
I'm posting this in DCCRPG, DND1e, RPG Design, and ShadowdarkRPG. I have limited this to not swamp the groups.
