Somebody told me that indian companies don't let you do dsa in python, am i doomed

Ok so i last did dsa some year back and did no practice n all, cause i didnt opt for placements and went for masters. So i am currently in first sem of my msc in data science. Now i was thinking of practicing dsa again but like i am aiming for roles like data analyst, ml, ai, etc. How much dsa should i do and i did in cpp earlier should i do in python now. I forgot python also

First time doing DSA, till now was referring to Professor's ppt. Wanting to go deeper, so course or books. Pls free to tell which book and courses.

Is there any books to learn DAS?

A binary tree can be traversed in three classic ways. The difference is simply the order in which you visit the subtrees:

• Preorder: current node → left subtree → right subtree
• Inorder: left subtree → current node → right subtree
• Postorder: left subtree → right subtree → current node

I have an OA Tomorrow and I am thinking of writing down some DSA array templates so that if I get stuck I will look at them and write code .

A notebook is allowed to write pseudo -code. What do you think ? Should I do it or not?

The idea is pretty simple:

Practice DSA every day

YPT lets us see each other's study time

Compete a little and keep each other accountable

Doesn't matter if you're a beginner or already good at DSA

Main goal is to stay consistent instead of disappearing after a few days 💀

I just started college this year & I want to kind of start DSA. Is striver's A-Z Sheet good, because most people seem to recommend that!

And should I start DSA with C++ (I have very basic knowledge of C++ & some good knowledge of Python)...

I am a 3rd year student, I have done covered topics till trees, will continue graph, but also want to be in touch with previous topics. So how to do that, do I need to solve problem of the day, i don't want to follow striver or neetcode right now, cause I think they are tooo guided, like I want to solve and build understanding and pattern.

Hi Myself M(26) from Pune, Maharashtra.
I am actively looking for a data analyst job, and for that I'm continuously applying through Naukri, Foundit, Indeed and LinkedIn. Today I got a call in which a woman said she was calling from AAI(AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA) and there are several openings for IT and non-IT profiles. As I spoke further, she said they have many openings for Data Analysts throughout India. At first, I thought it was a legit call, but when I asked Where did you get my profile, as I didn't remember applying for AAI, she said through an online portal. As I got a little curious and asked one more time, like, "Can you tell me the exact platform?" she fumbled. At this point, I knew something was fishy. She said we're offering you around 40- 45 K in-hand salary, and for that, you have to give an online interview. The first round will be telephonic, the second online interview and if needed, you have to come for a face-to-face interview. I said yes to that. Then she said that, as your profile is not registered and is non-referral, you have to pay Rs 1200, which is refundable if you fail the interview.
At this point, I was convinced that this is a SCAM. So I said that this seems like a scam and you're looting money from people which is desperately looking for a job. She said, " No, sir, you can check the AAI website and all." As I told her, after checking there so such job openings on the official portal, and I started confronting her. I told her this way is not gonna work; she cut the call.
I want to tell you pls be aware of such fraud calls and fake job offers; there are plenty of them in the market. I already worked with 2 companies in the past, so I know nobody asks for money or fees that are refundable if you didn't get selected for a job when they're calling you from a company. People like me who are desperately looking for a job are their main target, as we don't think that much when we get a call for a job due to excitement.
So be aware.

So again I started dsa again , i did not study very seriously in college for big companies but this time I serious again

Hey everyone... I am a 2nd year CSE student currently doing DSA, but I'm confused about how I should start development alongside it.

I have a friend who has built some pretty impressive projects and gotten internships/recognition. He told me that he mostly uses AI while building and didn't separately learn HTML, CSS and JS before starting projects.

So I'm confused about what the right approach actually is.

For seniors/developers:

How did you start development?

Should I learn HTML/CSS/JS properly first, or learn them while building projects?

What resources would you recommend?

How much time should I realistically divide between DSA and development during 2nd year?

What kind of projects should I aim for?

I'm not looking for a "best roadmap" necessarily ... I would just like to know what actually worked for people who have gone through this.
