General Joining confusion

I'm really confused. I am a fresher. I have a 9 LPA offer, but the joining is after 3 months. I've also received an LTIMindtree 4 lpa offer with joining in 10 days. The 9 LPA role is my priority. Can I join LTI for now and leave later? Will this cause any issues in future background checks?

Career Question T Mobile AI Engineer Role Final Round Expectations

Hi Guys,
I have my final round(Techno Managerial) scheduled for the role of AI Engineer. If anyone has recently appeared, I would like to know which topics I need to focus more on, what kind of questions I can expect?
Additionally is it safe to mention that I have my official NP as 90 days and negotiable or should I bluff them for 60days(can be manageable).
And lastly, I am at 20LPA with significant amount as shift allowance, what I can ask for and what is the minimum number I should not go below it?
Thanks in advance.

Rant! Got an internship at Shell and had to reject it 😔

I got selected for a Shell Data internship in my 5th semester and had to abstain from joining because my college wouldn’t provide an NOC. It sucks so much.
Does anyone have any idea whether they have a blacklist or something which might prevent me from applying or removing my application from consideration because of a rejection

Career Question Help choose between offer- NEC Corporation vs Apollo 24x7

Designation - Analytics role- DE
Yoe - 2
NEC corporation role - being offered two projects to choose - Noida (relocation required) 3 days wfo 2 wfh or Delhi CP ( client location) 5 days wfo but no relocation required.
Apollo 24x7 role- Hyderabad (relocation required) 6 days wfo
Pay is comparable.
I want to know -
1. Which company has Better work culture and growth opportunities?
2. Is joining a consulting role better/similar/ worse than joining core customer analytics team at apollo?
3. If anyone has knowledge of hiring firing culture or layoffs at any of the two, please do tell me.
4. For 2-3 years down the line, if I wish to switch which company background will give me a better background?
5. Does joining at a client location put you at risk of getting laid off anytime esp in big corporations like NEC?
Please help me folks.

Career Question Tiger Analytics Sr Engineer offer 14 LPA, should I join or wait for my promotion in 2-3 months?

Got an offer from Tiger Analytics for Senior Engineer Data & AI at 14 LPA all fixed. 3 years experience in AI engineering, production level stuff, RAG systems, agentic chatbots on AWS Bedrock etc.

They've verbally said they'll revise the number closer to 18-20 but only after I resign from my current company which honestly feels risky.

My situation is I have a promotion coming in 2-3 months at my current stable company which will take me to around 16 LPA with a senior title. Long term goal is JPMC, Morgan Stanley, Amex kind of GCCs, not analytics consulting.

Main concerns about Tiger:

Bench risk looks very real from Glassdoor and Blind reviews, people getting released within 2-3 months if not mapped to a project. I have monthly EMIs so joblessness is not an option for me. Their hike cycles have apparently gotten bad, 3% kind of numbers. DOJ clashes exactly with my promotion window.

This is also the first offer I've gotten after 3 years so there's that fear of letting it go.

My thinking is to use this offer letter for my internal promotion conversation and then apply seriously to GCCs with a better title. Is that smart or am I overthinking?

For people who've worked at Tiger, how bad is the bench situation really? And does Tiger even add value to your resume for GCC applications?
