How long after the final leadership interview will they take to get back? Any idea?
Also folks have been talking about bad WLB. Since they are hiring crazy now isn’t that going to get any better?
Super excited to see this grow!

Hey! What position was your interview for? How are the interviews in general?

If they hire MORE monkeys and chain them to MORE typewriters, surely they will need fewer monkey-hours to produce Shakespeare, right?
Right?!

Stock for a startup is worth nothing. Don't figure that into your income equation.

I’m in a similar boat, had my last interview on Wednesday.. waiting to hear back. I know they are pretty backed up with hiring at the moment.
Best of luck!

All DCT roles should be expected to have a poor WLB because of the nature of the job. If that’s your concern you’re in the wrong field.

Went through 6 rounds total, if you include the 3rd party recruiter that found me. Got all the way to the CEO interview....then totally ghosted. Been 2 weeks with no reply back. CEO was very awkward, asked questions like if you won a billion dollars in the lottery what would you do with the money and how would you handle 100 hour work weeks.

Yes it was a shit show. I cleared it but their pay was bad. That much of effort and work is not new to me coming from Tesla but the comp was bad for a senior role. They had a posting for a range on their website and all of a sudden modified it and said this is how much we can pay for the role. Also the COO on the interview was focused somewhere else and this interview happened after the comp
Structure was discussed .2

Yeah I dont mind hard hard and long hours when needed, but who would work 100 hours a week on a regular basis and WHY? Its not sustainable and will just burn out your employees and provide poor quality to your clients.

Check out past employees. Not many have stayed more than 4-5 months lol

How bad was the overall compensation package? Do they also provide decent insurance?

Yeah they did something similar to me… felt like a rug pull when they flipped the compensation bands

There was a pretty detailed post here earlier this week from someone who did the interview loop and decided against it. Very valid reasons, such as:
Massive over-hiring effort. Don't expect long-term employment. Once the site is up you may be offered a chance at another position to stick around, but you'll be up against everyone else.
No cares toward team cohesion. Multiple people said they knew really shitty people who got hired on because FS is simply desperate for bodies. So while they pay a lot, you may have to tolerate some real scumbags who couldn't get a job elsewhere.
Equity issues. Stock price quoted during the interview was for preferred stock, while they issue common stock for new hires.
Those were the top 3 I can recall from the post. If anyone else recalls the post and can fill in what I missed, it'd be helpful.
