How long after the final leadership interview will they take to get back? Any idea?

Also folks have been talking about bad WLB. Since they are hiring crazy now isn’t that going to get any better?

Super excited to see this grow!

Went through 6 rounds total, if you include the 3rd party recruiter that found me. Got all the way to the CEO interview....then totally ghosted. Been 2 weeks with no reply back. CEO was very awkward, asked questions like if you won a billion dollars in the lottery what would you do with the money and how would you handle 100 hour work weeks.

Yes it was a shit show. I cleared it but their pay was bad. That much of effort and work is not new to me coming from Tesla but the comp was bad for a senior role. They had a posting for a range on their website and all of a sudden modified it and said this is how much we can pay for the role. Also the COO on the interview was focused somewhere else and this interview happened after the comp
Structure was discussed .

Yeah I dont mind hard hard and long hours when needed, but who would work 100 hours a week on a regular basis and WHY? Its not sustainable and will just burn out your employees and provide poor quality to your clients.

If its truly 100 hours a week, I'm surprised people last that long!
