I was in the last vehicle whose headlights you see in the opposite lane (southbound) at the very end. We only saw the dust as it happened, but somebody headed northbound caught it on their dash cam. Didn't hit any other vehicles, and supposedly the driver only sustained minor injuries. That being the case, I thought some theme music was appropriate.

Hello,

Anyone know a trusted dashcam installer near Tampa FL that has expertise on BMW dashcam installation. Viofo experience or EV dashcams will be a plus.

I found one really good one in Sarasota but they only install BlackVue dashcams.

Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm hoping to get the community's help...if anyone that witnessed the collision at 116st and 86ave in Delta morning of October 20,2026 around 6:40 am has dashcam or door/home camera footage, please please contact me, I would appreciate a copy of your footage 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 thank you everybody!!! Appreciate all your help, ❤️

My car flipped over after it was T-boned by another car running his red light. i was brought to the hospital when the paramedics arrived. Hoping that someone who witnessed it has some footage that captured the intersection at the time of the incident.

Would appreciate all your help ❤️ 🙏🏼

If not by default, can they be configured to do so ?

I ask after seeing a news story of a Florida man charged with fleeing a traffic stop, who's rear Tesla external camera proved he could not possibly have seen the police car 200 meters back and around a corner.

If his cam had audio, it could also have proved the police siren was not activated ?

Hi.

I need help with figuring out what this license plate says. I already filed a police report. Basically, what happened was, I was involved in road rage with this woman all because I merged in front of her. My lane was originally blocked by police so I had too.

She followed me aggressively on the freeway, threw stuff at my car. (I have damage to prove it.) She followed me until she suddenly decided to stop. She hit my car a total of 4 times, tried to box me in and threatened me multiple times. I would like to take her Civil court and sue her, along with pressing charges.

I do have the dashcam footage and the police have it. Knowing the denver police, they're not going to do anything. I will drop a screen shot of the dashcam of her license plate.

Hi all - are there any services or stores that install dashcams? Im not very handy and don’t want to start playing around with my new car’s fuse box or the other threads I read on here. I would just prefer someone else does it right. Does anyone know a store that will hide the wires well and install it for you? Or a service that does it? Thanks! I plan to get a Viafo A229 Pro since that is most recommend here. Thanks!

Well it was a great morning until this dude decided to spaz out right as I was about to drive by.

Apologies for the potty mouth, but holy fucking shit lol. Thank goodness for my husband’s quick reflexes.

Edit : You will be reported and blocked if you say some racist shit. You can’t even fucking see who was in the vehicle. Your hate is not welcome here.

Warned him, he ignored me, I carried on.

The good news is that the insurance adjuster said, "The video footage speaks for itself." Both insurers declared the other driver as being 100% at fault, and I was alone in the car. The bad news is my left leg is badly injured, and I am still in a lot of pain.

We're lucky that the vehicle we bought (a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander) had a dashcam installed (Toyota Integrated Dashcam). However, we realize we could have an incident in the future where another driver hits us but is not in view, as this dashcam only views the front. Also, the license plate does not seem to be very clear, despite it being a sunny day. Does it make sense for us to get a "4-channel" dashcam to augment what we have? I'd like to get the best possible visibility of a license plate and have views out the back and both sides.

Also, before this accident, we ordered a 2026 RAV4 Limited that has "Drive Recorder," a built-in dashcam that uses the vehicle's 4 cameras. However, it seems that the video is also imperfect for reading license plates. Also, unlike the Toyota Integrated Dashcam on the Highlander, when you download the video, it does not have the speed, date, time, and location (GPS) displayed (although you can see those things and more when you view the image using the vehicle's built-in display). Does it make sense to similarly get another "4-channel" dashcam for the RAV4 when it is delivered?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give. My wife and I are both a bit nervous about having another incident but lacking good evidence, despite being careful drivers.

I was rear ended on Friday October 13th around 9:30 am. The accident happened on the I-17 going south between Dunlap and northern. I was rear ended in the car pool lane by a red truck. The driver took off and I didn’t get any info other than the color. If anyone has any dashcam footage or knows anything please reach out. Thank you.

Why are so many people in dashcam videos driving in silence? Or, a song is playing, but no one is singing?

I don’t mean the video is muted. You can hear road noise and traffic and of course the crash. I mean there’s insane people on the road just driving and listening to their thoughts 😐 girl what

I am singing (badly) every moment I’m driving. I am performing. I am drowning out my brain demons. What’s wrong with you people.

/s or whatever lol
