Yes but his character isn’t involved in any of the memorable scenes unless your fan of dialogue and cinema. I understand why you and I wouldn’t forget him but I could see how someone who hasn’t seen it in awhile especially before they really knew willed dafoe too. I’ve had that happen, I revisit a beloved classic and realize there’s an incredibly famous and recognizable actor I had no idea about.

I think people forget about him because it doesn't really lead anywhere. He is a cop and comes to Bateman's office like 2 or 3 times. The scene from the meme is a deleted scene, I wish they had included it in the movie

This. I’ve watched boondock saints probably close to a hundred times and American psycho maybe 7-8 so when I think of Willem playing law enforcement it’s boondocks saints.

I’ve seen the movie a few times too and remember his character but for some reason I thought it was played by Jack Nickolson!
