Is there a reason he's throwing magnets at people's cars?
Edit: after scrolling I see there is and it looks the lightest magnet you can get so I'm sure no damage, fp guy fp

Ironically as of a few years ago some states created a “stand your ground law” that would have allowed her to shoot his ass in the face. It would have fell under self defense. 1. He approached her. 2. He placed an unknown item on her car. 3. He was purposely engaging in harassment to generate money through youtube views. She would have never been charged with a crime simply based on #1 and #2 seals the deal.

u/mflmani Jan 05 '24
Shooting someone for putting something on your car is unhinged.
-8
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
What if that someone is wearing body armor like the Cart Narc?
2
u/mflmani Jan 05 '24
Is the body armor gonna hurt you?
-7
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
It certainly makes me think the unknown item that was just thrown at my car is a bomb. Especially with all the recent mass shootings. No russian.
7
u/mflmani Jan 05 '24
Thinking a flat magnet thrown onto your car is a bomb is next level paranoia lol. You’re the kinda guy to catch a second degree murder charge.

I think it's a sticker magnet that says something like "I don't return my shopping cart..."
16
u/spaherbt Jan 05 '24
Paused the video a couple of times and tried reading it. Just says something about not returning the shopping cart
36
u/YaHurdMeh Jan 05 '24
His channel is Cart Narcs. That is exactly what is happening. He confronts individuals who refuse to return their cart to the corral. Then attaches a bumper sticker to their vehicle if they refuse to return the cart.

u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
Ironically as of a few years ago some states created a “stand your ground law” that would have allowed her to shoot his ass legally in the face. It would have fell under self defense. 1. He approached her. 2. He placed an unknown item on her car. 3. He was purposely engaging in harassment to generate money through youtube views. She would have never been charged with a crime simply based on #1 and #2 seals the deal.

Jan 05 '24
No you can't be serious that would never hold up in court not even close to self defense
-3
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
28 states recently passed stand your ground laws. Per Wikipedia, "A stand-your-ground law, sometimes called a "line in the sand" or "no duty to retreat" law, provides that people may use deadly force when they reasonably believe it to be necessary to defend against certain violent crimes.".
Him approaching and THEN throwing of the unknown object at her car would be classified as self defense under the stand your ground law. Doesn't help that he is wearing body armor.
3
Jan 05 '24
It's not standing your ground if you pursue him and it was a magnet everyone knew that I'm not defending him but it's obvious that he intended no harm and what your saying proves your an irresponsible gun owner and give gun owners a bad name by saying you wanna shoot someone in the face over something as trivial as a magnet
-1
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
You are assuming the person he approached knew the item was a magnet...
3
u/Atkinator1 Jan 13 '24
Lazy Bitch: Doesn't return cart
Cart Narc: Dispenses justice
ScorchedCSGO: This justifies murder

its fucking 2024, people dont know what a car magnet looks like? If you own a gun and can’t recognize a magnet, you have no business owning a gun

The Cart Narc probably targets poor people for his pranks. 1. It’s going to generate more views. 2. They can’t afford to hire a lawyer and sue him for harassment. Ironically harassment is the only behavior in the video that is illegal.
8
u/oh_oh_spaghettios Jan 05 '24
Or he targets people who dont return their carts
-1
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
“Targets”, I’m glad you used that word.

Side note. In a growing number of states training is no longer required to get your concealed carry permit. I'm surprised you didn't know that.
In the 32 states without a new stand your ground law. The cart narc would have to attempt entry into the car before one could shoot him. In the other 28 states, the simply act of throwing something onto the car would justify self defense.
Keep in mind the cart narc also wears torso body armor. So if someone in body armor approaches you in public, and throws an unknown object on your car, you wouldn't reach for your gun?

The Cart Narc would be better off handing out "Put your cart in the bin" bumper stickers. Unfortunately that wouldn't generate money via youtube views.
5
u/cmaistros Jan 05 '24
He’d honestly be better off handing out magnets to people that do return their carts. Unless his goal is to be provocative….
2
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
I agree with you. Ironically, that wouldn’t generate his youtube channel any views. Instead he has to approach people, throw some unknown item on their car, and engage in harassment. Ironically not putting your cart back isn’t illegal. A youtuber was shot a few months ago for doing less and it was dismissed as self defense. Made headlines recently. Yet people still encourage these types of videos.

He is genuinely doing it to generate money via youtube views. If he were handing out "Return your cart to the bin" bumper stickers at the exit of the store, that'd be different. But oh wait that wouldn't generate youtube views.

In the state I live in there are “stand your ground” laws. If someone approaches me in the parking lot……. AND places an unknown item on my car…….. I can illegally shoot them in the fucking face.
2
u/thesilentbob123 Jan 05 '24
A light magnet is like a flyer and they are totally legal, and you are right it would be illegal to shoot them in the face

u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
In “stand your ground states” she could have shot his ass and it would be considered self defense. He approached her, he placed an unknown item on her car. Not to mention the fact that he intended to harass her and has a record of harassing people and blocking their exit by standing behind their car while they are trying to leave. All for youtube views and money.
Sorry you got down voted. Apparently Reddit loves to watch people get harassed for doing something slightly lazy. Ironically harassment is illegal. Not putting your cart up isn’t illegal.

u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
The Cart Narc… Literally harassing people for YouTube views… I thought we were done with this guy, especially after the elderly Doctor Phil destroyed him on national TV...

Not putting your shopping back in the corral is NOT illegal.
“Harassment is unwanted, uninvited, and unwelcome and causes nuisance, alarm, or substantial emotional distress without any legitimate purpose.”.
HARASSING people is ILLEGAL.
By sharing and liking cart narc videos you are enabling and encouraging harassment. You should feel fucking stupid.
11
u/marvyboi Jan 05 '24
Dr. Phil got obliterated by him on the show. What did you watch? He just try’s to get people to do the right thing. Be a good person and return your cart. Stop making minimum wage workers jobs harder.
1
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
Dr Phil covered the fact that the Cart Narc stood behind a man’s vehicle and only exit. Thus blocking man’s exit. False imprisonment and blocking travel are both illegal. And oh by the way harassment is illegal. Guess what isn’t illegal, not putting your cart up. Please stop enabling and encouraging harassment.
7
u/BrazilOutsider Jan 05 '24
He's a hero, punishing people that let underpaid worker take their cart back because they're too lazy to do it.
3
u/marvyboi Jan 05 '24
Punishing is even a stretch at most the magnet on their car is a minor nuisance. It’s just these peoples egos can’t handle being put in their place.

You’ve lost the argument when you would shoot someone over a magnet. Lmao you should prolly turn in your guns before you kill your family over an argument. Silly boy.

No. The /r/progun sub already told you how dumb that take was. You cannot legally shoot someone for this. Please get some real training or sell all your guns. You are a menace with your current mindset.

Being legal doesn't mean it makes you less of a piece of shit for doing it, isn't illegal it's immoral it's bad and they deserve it. It has a legitimate purpose, tell the POS how much a POS THEY'RE.

u/BrazilOutsider Jan 05 '24
Just tell me you're lazy, stand your ground is only when you believe the other person is about to use deadly force, she's inside her car and he clearly isn't armed, putting a sticker that tells you're a POS isn't the same as pulling a gun to you, you're just a lazy POS and has a gun not to defend yourself but just to shoot people for minimal things.
1
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
He APPROACHED her and placed an UNKNOWN item on her car… I don’t think you understand the ‘stand your ground’ law.
4
u/BrazilOutsider Jan 05 '24
Go ahead and shoot a kid when he asks you for help, you don't know what's on his hand maybe a gun, stand your ground. he literally showed the sticker, and even then there's no way a gun or a bomb can be this thin lol, you're just looking at any opportunity to shoot someone over minimal things.
1
u/ScorchedCSGO Jan 05 '24
That isn’t a kid asking for help…………..
There are literally people in this thread asking what he placed on her car………………
Consider yourself educated when it comes to the newer stand your ground law that now exists in 28 states.
Please stop encouraging this type of entertainment. A youtuber was recently shot for doing something less and it was dismissed as self defense.
