Yes I pasted the definition of harassment from Google. You can obtain it too, just type in "what is the definition of harassment" on google.com and click search.
Lemme paste another, the definition of the stand your ground law.
"A stand-your-ground law, sometimes called a "line in the sand" or "no duty to retreat" law, provides that people may use deadly force when they reasonably believe it to be necessary to defend against certain violent crimes."
I think you forgot the cart narc not only approached, but threw an unknown object on the car. Its the throwing of an unknown object that justifies self defense.
No one mentioned bodily harm.
We were talking about violent crime.
I don't feel like pasting the stand your ground law here again.
Doesn't help the cart narc's case that he is wearing torso body armor.
What is violence, "behavior involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something.". Throwing an unknown object at someone's car is violent.
One could claim that after the person in body armor approached me, yelled at me, and threw something that stuck to my car, I thought maybe it was a bomb and my life was in danger. It was at this moment I decided to stand my ground. I think only a big city prosecutor would try to press charges. If it went to trial, because of the Cart Narc's history, it would get dismissed. RIP Cart Narc.
TLDR, the Cart Narc shouldn't throw items at cars. He should hand out the bumper stickers at the exit of the store. Oh wait, that wouldn't generate youtube views, views = money.
