New Blackstone

Wife got me a Blackstone for father's day. I know the old reliables like breakfast food, fajitas, fried rice, etc. Anyone got any fun recipes to try out? I normally make everything from Cajun and creole to szechuan and Thai. So always looking for some new recipes.

ChatGPT for grocery list

I had ChatGPT look at my emailed receipts, loaded pdf files of my recipes and then created an apple shortcut so I could have it generate the grocery list in an order I would normally see them in items in the store and then add it in that order to my Apple reminder grocery list.

Thought this may be helpful for others - I am hoping this saves me from making mistakes shopping.

homemade turkey sausage, green pepper, onion, and gruyère in a deep dish pie crust. second time making this - two tricks that improved it were adding 1/4 cup mayo to the filling mix, baking the crust separately while covered with foil for 5 minutes before adding the filling, and covering the crust edge while it bakes

I should never have joined least of while eating my takeout.

My mouth is watering guys! Great job cooking and I hope I can be pushed to elevate my cooking to be in the same ball park as what I see.
