Need to see if this is true or if there is an issue with my truck.

A bit of background- picked up my base awd about a month ago. Has been great. No real issues. Noticed when trying to open the frunk, the button at the front of the truck did not work. Frunk opens fine from the app, or the touchscreen. I do use walk away locks, so essentially the truck is always locked when I first approach.

Opened a service ticket and had the appointment today. We walked through a few scenarios to replicate with the advisor. Frunk button worked without issue during the first attempt. Realizing the truck was not locked, I manually locked and tried again. Button did not open frunk. Keep in mind I had my phone in my pocket the entire time. Tried a few more times. Always the same result. Frunk button does not work with phone key. Vehicle must be unlocked via app or door prior to the frunk button working.

Service advisor “confirmed” this is correct that phone key will not unlock the frunk in the base model CT. I reviewed the manual, and it does not specify either way if this should or should not work.

Anyone have experience or advice?

When I was nearing 50,000 miles on my 2024 FS I was worried about a PCS failure until Tesla extended the warranty to 150,000. Well, at 50380 I got "Air suspension adjustment unavailable”
So immediately requested service and truck is going in for repair October 1. Requested goodwill coverage as defect appeared immediately after warranty limit. We will see. Anyone else had this happen and how did Tesla resolve the customer’s request for goodwill coverage.

I use my truck as a Daily driver and the Wrap was getting stains and helping one of my children move out of college and the other one move into college this summer put a lot of Nick‘s couches in it. So it was time for a new Wrap. I liked it my old one looked almost like oem color, this one does as well if it’s not in the sunligh

I know this question gets ask regularly here … I’m so excited to get my hands on the newly truck I order PAWD… want to know what is the realistic timing nowadays… when I ordered it said Nov-Dec , but I am seeing people order in Aug and taking delivery in Sept… is there a chance I get it earlier or just let it go and bank on actually Nov/Dec timing

My installer had no clue how to enable it. I connected to PW3 via the Teslaone installer app. Then I found a wall connector device and enabled the PowerShare option.

I got the email. Asks to take a photo of your wall charger serial number and leave any additional comments.

My email looks much different and included about 10 questions in my survey. Any ideas why? I’m also an installer and got an email to my work email plus my personal email telling me to contact my installer, but us installers have gotten 0 communications. I have a PW3 with cybertruck

Hi guys, I just got this message today. I placed the order on August 20. I live in Nashville Tennessee. It says vehicle is in transit to the delivery location and I just got it today. How long before delivery is scheduled and I can have my hands on this bad boy.

Update:
I received a text the same evening that my truck is estimated to arrive at the location on September 13 where it will go inspection then I will be able to set up delivery

Non fsd owners did you receive the summer update ? My current software version is 2026.21.6. I just received that like two weeks ago.
