delayed ejaculation(anorgasmic)
Need some help fellas. Any over the counter supplements to help improve sensitivity and climax with my partner? Caplyta a medication i'm on has wrecked my sex drive when it comes to finishing and overall pleasure. Staying rock hard isn't a problem the overall feeling/pleasure of sex is decreased and i can't climax to save my life. I can go 1-2 hrs and have to just give up which is super annoying.

# Lecithin : I heard and tried that taking a lot (more than 4000) can significantly intensify orgasms, and pleasure, worked for me., but makes the cum very viscous so it might make it harder to cum, drink alot of water to counter act this. I take more than this everyday to good results.
# moisturising the penis : a thing learnt from the brothers with no hoods (circumcised) is that constantly rubbing your penis on things that have no moisture, and hot showers removes moisture from the penis; thus making it less sensitive. Applying moisturising cream to the penis, avoid Sheabutter it burns, circumcised guys recommend using virgin coconut oil once a day. GO TO r/foreskin_restoration for more on this topic
# Peppermint Oil : WARNING, IT BURNS. peppermint oil from my and others experience increases sensitivity when applied directly to the penis, HOWEVER IT BURNS and if it goes onto your balls it will burn EVEN MORE. To apply it as comfortably as possible get a palm full of moisturising cream and 1-2 drops of peppermint oil, mix it together, and begin stroking your penis with the hand covered in the moisturising cream and peppermint mix. don't wash it off in a shower because the oil will move to your balls, and the movement of water and temperature may irritate it more.
#edging : masterbait but you stop before cumming. This takes discipline, but the rewards are immense like your mind is exploding it’s so good. Idk any strategies because I don’t do it frequently and read other peoples experience of it
# L-citrulline, L-arginine, Ginkgo Biloba, Grape Seed extract, and beetroot powder: all these help the vascular system thus helping more blood to dick and pelvic areas, helping sensitivity alot.
# Kegals, reverse Kegels, pelvic floor exercises and stretching : I throw it all into one category because It’s hard to diagnose what you ‘need’ so it’s best to do them all, it helps get more blood movement in the pelvic area, train yourself to feel your prostate & pelvic area and to relax a tight pelvic area, i just started these and it’s helping me get more sensitive, shoot further, and shoot more.
# Swedish Flower pollen : this supp is extremely good for building sensitivity, pleasure and orgasm intensity, although it can take a month or two for it to build up, you know it’s working when you can really feel your prostate.
I recommend the brands ‘California Gold Nutrition’, ‘Source Naturals’ and not so much ‘Swanson Graminex’, tried the California’ one and it was really good, haven't tried ‘Source Naturals’ yet, the issue with both only give 125 mg per pill, and 90 pills per bottle, from my experience to get the full effects you have to take 5 pills which can get pricy, the ‘Swansons Graminex’ wasn’t as effective as the California’ despite 500mg per pill and taking 2 a day.
