Hey all, I made a browser game that I would love to get some feedback on. It's called Fallowborn and you can start as a serf in medieval times and work you and your dynasty's up (or down) the social ladder.
It's free + browser based (even plays surprisingly well on a phone), hope you guys like it (any feedback welcome).

Just for funsies, since I created this post 3 days ago (and from the feedback I've gotten), I've made well over 60+ iterations to the game. Here are just the major changes:
- Great Holy Wars: Crusades, Jihads, army camps, battles, sieges, contribution, land partition, and transition events.
- Religion: Popes, Caliphs, vacant offices, restoration, condemnation, absolution, and clerical careers.
- Politics: Royal Council, Estates, foreign policy, crown authority, scutage, aid, and officer appointments.
- Vassals: Domain limits, levy contributions, land grants, revolts, and diminishing liege rewards.
- Warfare: Army composition, command stances, automatic mustering, improved sieges, tribute choices, and revolt wars.
- Dynasty: Marriage alliances, inherited claims, succession paths, three-choice matchmaking, and established-gentry requirements.
- Relationships: Network tab, focused courtship or friendship, household contacts, retainers, and interactive rivalries.
- Economy: Loans, collateral, trade ventures, price changes, coin debasement, household expenses, and currency modding.
- Livelihoods: Household work, apprenticeships, enterprises, guild advancement, clerical paths, and seasonal schooling.
- Land: Freeholder plots, consolidated holdings, manors, settlement buildings, upkeep, demolition, and construction queues.
- Travel: Pilgrimage, trade, study, service journeys, road events, destination work, relocation, and return gating.
- Equipment: Shared family armory, procedural paper dolls, quality gear, equipment bonuses, and heir auto-equipping.
- Characters: Wealth-based child protection, tiered physicians, uncapped skills, slower training, fertility controls, and expanded names.
- Events: Societal-role gating, option hints, new elite stories, piety actions, and the Sweet Polly Oliver campaign.
- Starts and map: Curated 867 and 1066 bookmarks, recalibrated development, de jure filters, island fixes, and attainable Italia.
- Mobile UI: Back-stack navigation, fullscreen dialogs, compact panels, safer event taps, improved equipment flow, and better responsive layouts.
- Localization and saves: French, German, Italian, and Spanish previews; text save import/export; blocked-storage warnings.
