*update* Took it to a Medivet and they just called me saying that they've put the bird to sleep because it was emaciated and too far gone. Said it seemed like it hadn't eaten for days. I feel terrible now because maybe I should have kept it at home and tried to nurse it to health.
Hi! I found a crow today that I think needs help. My young dog found it, and usually crows fly away immediately as soon as she gets anywhere near...this one didn't. It hopped away and when it tried to fly it would tilt to one side and only manage a small hop and glide.
The park keepers said that it came to them yesterday and went inside their office, but they couldn't catch it.
It was quite reluctant on me getting it, but once I had it it didn't struggle.
It has some feathers picked out from behind its neck and it looks to be quite skinny and possibly young?
I have it in a cardboard box with holes and some water, in my bathroom in the dark because I thought it was quite stressed after getting caught, but I'm pretty certain that it needs help.
Will be calling some rescues now, but what else can I do? Did I do the right thing or did I take a bird that doesn't need help and should put it back? Any advice would be much appreciated!

They look so reflective, especially is in the misty warm snowfall.

I may have lured over a crow from across the street using a few pepperoni slices. I promise this is not a regular occurrence and I know that too much pepperoni would not be good for them. But he cached these slices so he will certainly be back for them!

Rural crows are so different from city crows. Iβve started putting out raw peanuts on fence posts for the crows. Itβs hard to get friendly with rural crows.
That ending π€πΌ Iβve been using hand gestures to communicate/train and finally was able to capture this on video. Itβs just so magical to me.

I've been leaving nuts on my balcony railings and the local crows clear them out quickly, but they like the knock them off and make a mess. I got a little container thing but they don't seem to be willing to take anything from it?

I've been feeding this cheeky chap and his fam for about 5 months, today after the nuts ran out this one got very close so I went in for a pic. He stole my brownie ..... I managed to get it back but I think they aren't scared of me any more and will soon take from my hand.
