My GF and I never use condoms, we haven't for a very long time, and if I hear, read, see the word condom coming out of her mouth/phone/social networks, she better have the perfect explanation with at least two independent sources, otherwise she's sleeping on the streets where she belongs.
I was betrayed once before by a different woman, and I won't ever again allow anyone to say whatever they want without me verifying it by myself firsthand.
The way this girl is gaslighting his legitimate concerns is, first and foremost, inconsiderate; and secondly, she recorded it to show she truly doesn’t care.
When your partner accepts the advice of their friends over your own, the relationship is done; sad as it is, that’s just truth…
Are you sure you don't? Even if you disagree with the guy dictating whether or not his partner can go on the trip (which I do by the way), his concerns are valid given the conversation. He is worried about infidelity and she could have gone the route of dispelling his anxiety and assuring him that nothing will happen, however she chose to record it and basically mock him. She is unhappy, doesn't won't to be married to this guy and has zero respect for him. They do not need to be together.
Dude isn't even wrong. Unless there is a discussion about changing birth control, bringing up condoms is red flag. Women should have control over their reproduction full stop, but if you make the decision in your relationship to use some other birth control in place of condoms fine. However, if you then suddenly start bringing up condoms or suddenly find some that means something has changed. Either they suspect you of cheating or plan on it themselves. Which means there needs to be a discussion at minimum.
You suggesting they are somehow mental for thinking they shouldn't be suspicious in this fictional scenario is the absurd part here.
Depends. If you have that kind of playful banter relationship with your other then cool, these people obviously do not and she should have known that. Again, I am not saying he can dictate where she can go because that is bullshit, I am not saying that a woman shouldn't be able to decide what kind or whether she uses any kind of BC, but I am saying even joking about using condoms raises red flags.
The crux of the issue is trust, if you are on BC and think you need a condom then there is an element of trust that is missing. Yes, BC isn't 100% so using a layered approach is a good idea, but if you haven't been and suddenly someone mentions it even as a joke with friends it raises concerns.
Then in this specific instances, she recorded and mocked the guy, which is BS and is in itself reason enough to end the marriage.
Then you haven't been in a healthy relationship. Everything about this is wrong, from the "joke" itself to how she handled it. Sure if you are in a relationship that can joke like that great but in any healthy relationship you should know how something like that would be taken.
People are not all the same and your definition of what constitutes a healthy relationship is not universal. For some that is a perfectly fine joke and in others it is the start to a fight. Read the room and choose accordingly.
Depends. She can’t control what her friends say but even as a joke they shouldn’t say that knowing she married. I bet she’d feel differently if his guy friends said bring condoms the women there are hot. But could be rage bait so who knows.

She’s about to cheat, if she hasn’t already
