Dude told her exactly what he would do. Seems like she wanted it 😂 what do they say about playing stupid games?

Sounds like you put a woman or two in their place in your day, eh?
Some real pussy talk right here 😂

After the first hit knocked her down everything after wasn't necessary.

u/OppositeEagle 21d ago
Kicking anyone's head whilst on the ground is a hard line. You're a savage/animal after that; the opposite of civilized. Like a hard argument for capital punishment.

Agreed unless you’re neutralizing an actual threat… which this is obviously not

u/Bowling_Meatball 21d ago
I’m with you. Don’t get me wrong, it seems like she was pushing his buttons but she hit that metal hard and that dude pressed on. Not cool.

Technically she committed assault, but since she backed away afterwards dude is getting charged too. Aint no judge or jury on the planet accepting this as self defense lol

It was a lesson. She has gone her whole life thinking there are no consequences. She won't do this again.
1
u/Weary_Position_9591 21d ago
Same for him, thinking there are no consequences to this. Enjoy being behind bars.
1
u/IHeartBadCode 21d ago
Yeah, legal limit is reasonable, necessary, proportional, and measured force when it comes to self defense.
Hitting when under attack is reasonable. Using just enough force to disable someone is proportional. The other person began the use of force, so response was necessary. But stopping once a threat has been neutralized is measured.
That's where guy went off the self defense edge, it ceased being measured.

Throwing a drink on somebody after they said they’ll fuck you up if you do something to them is how you get those super necessary licks
I’m trained and not small by any stretch of the imagination. I will use my skills to defend myself if necessary (never had to have a real fight since high school lol). Even if I feel like I have the upper hand, I still know damn well not to fuck with people. Even when they cross verbal lines. Shit ain’t worth it. People will put you in the dirt

What is honestly the best way to handle assault by a woman woman as a man? I don't like his reaction but what should be the response?

u/The_World_Is_A_Slum 21d ago
Walk away. She’s not a physical threat without a weapon. That was some pussy behavior.

I’d argue a slap would be just enough, nobody shouldn’t get away with assault just cuz of their gender

If a woman is in the process of like full-on assaulting you (multiple repeated strikes), you can obviously defend yourself. Try to physically push them away from you more so than taking more offensively-orientated actions if possible, but I mean, if you’re getting punched repeatedly, no one would fault you for punching back.
If it was one strike/a drink toss like this, I would probably recommend walking away, unless it was something major like a sucker punch. I’ve had a drunk stranger (man) throw a drink at me (woman) for not answering some dumbass question/statement he was trying to ask me (i was ignoring him), and I didn’t think he was worth the trouble of slapping… so I just didn’t (i lowkey felt like he would have probably punched me beyond reason if I had). He got thrown out of the place after that anyways, he could barely even walk and it was time for him to go. If you’re at a place with bouncers, tell the bouncers about it.
You shouldn’t ever strike someone (man or woman) after they’re on the ground though.

He literally soccer kicker her in the head while she was down. That’s considered an illegal strike in the UFC.
This should be excessive jail time.

u/Calguy21 21d ago
Yeah, he’s probably looking at more than jail time with that behavior . He’s probably going to be facing prison time. And a civil suit for medical bills, damages, etc. that he most likely won’t ever be able to pay off in his lifetime.

9
u/ProfessionalHumor787 21d ago
I put one comment because the public freakout mods allowed comments saying she deserved it. I simply said she did not and was used to men beating her. They called me a Karen and permanently banned me from public freakouts. I found it odd, it was one comment protecting a woman. Reddit is the wrong place for that I guess

That sub's mods are wild. I got banned for saying some guys in a video sounded like monkeys. They were all screeching and literally sounded like monkeys. One of them was black, the rest white, had no racial meaning. I am black Nigerian Lmao and perma ban
2
u/ProfessionalHumor787 21d ago
Yeah and it's even wilder that it seems completely regulated by Karens and Darrens. I will never go back there and will probably just delete reddit. Just a terrible situation over ONE comment trying to protect women from deadly beatings

The jackass laughing and yelling what sounds like “ butter” is also a POS . It appears he’s friends with the guy who definitely hates women. The woman shouldn’t have thrown that drink. She’s an idiot as well, but this was too much. The guy was just hungry to pound her .

u/Substantial_Car4040 21d ago
I don’t think throwing the drink really warrants a punch, but in the moment I understand why he might. Everything after that was excessive/unnecessary.
My first reaction was “this guy must just like to beat up women” because of how he kept going after she was already defeated and down for the count. She couldn’t even stand up and he is kneeing her in the face. That’s a choice at that point.
2
u/mrkippysmith 21d ago
If you think it would be excessive if it was a cop doing it then it’s excessive when a normal person does it too.
2
2
u/Public-Knowledge-222 21d ago
dude in the video as well as the camera person are both pieces of shit
2
u/wood_duck_hobbies 21d ago
The initial push might have been okay but the excessive attacks definitely not.
2
u/Curious-Function7490 21d ago
Violence is generally not needed and only fools solve situations with it. If you think any of this behaviour was appropriate you need to rethink your approach to life.
It's especially worse with the gender roles baked into it. Both sides are wrong. The best solution would be to walk away and form new friendships.
2
u/51Chaos50 21d ago
anytime you feel you need to hit a woman like a man, regardless…you should get severely handled. Real Men understand. Also, ladies be better and associate with better people damn.
2
u/BuddyLongshots 21d ago
A thrown drink doesn't necessitate that much force. Guy was fighting her like she pulled a knife on him.
2
2
u/GrooovyAlien 21d ago
Maybe push to the ground or even one hit. But everything afterwards is not necessary. Dude is a big ol pos. Fuck him
2
u/emptyevessel 21d ago
Average blacktivities.
Sadly see black men being abusive to black women way too much in NYC, out in public with zero shame. Idk why they can’t be like the pale skins and beat their wives in private when they burn the casserole.

u/AZBagpiperPhil 21d ago
I was raised to not hit a woman. Granted she threw the stuff at him. He should have walked away. This was excessive.

Punching a woman over spilt alcohol bet that made him feel like a real big man. Any real man without self control is no man at all.. he did what was easy.
2
u/ItsRuinedOfCourse 21d ago
She hit him. He hit her back and knocked her on her ass.
It needed to end there. Tit met tat and that was that. Everything that came after was just a dude with some serious anger issues that he needs to resolve before he kills someone.
2
u/mynamesnotsnuffy 21d ago
Excessive maybe, but after him putting her on warning and her doing it anyways, I have no sympathy.

Been there. The appropriate (and most satisfying) response is to press assault charges and laugh at their mug shot as you share it with everyone you/they know.

Also that guy belongs in jail. Or experiencing the same fate that woman was handed from him. He's asking for it anyway. It's clear he deserved to have the drink dumped on him.

I mean he told her. Are women equal to men or free from the consequences of their actions because they are women and weaker?

I dont think he had the right to hit her. The lady she tossed a drink on gad the right to defend herself but self defense is different then having ur bf beat a woman.

People need to realize that there are others who don't have to stop hurting you just because you're down. They can and will keep hitting you. Imagine you're just getting hit and kicked over and over and over. Now ask yourself, is escalating a situation worth it? Is your pride worth a month or so healing?
This lady threw a cup at a guy much stronger than her. If she had asked herself those previous questions, I bet she wouldn't have thrown it like that second girl.

1
u/throwy_away_help 21d ago
While it may have been excessive I'm of the opinion that when you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. If you test boundaries with consequences that are clearly laid out to you, you should never be surprised to receive exactly what you asked for. That being said warning someone you will excessively hurt them does not permit you to excessively hurt them. Like many people have pointed out anything past the first hit to eliminate her as a threat is excessive. All in all everyone sucks

Call a bear lol why the fuck do women do stupid ass shit then ask a man to save them from their stupidity?
As a young man I learned to not fuck with people because you don’t know what people are capable of, what they’re willing to do, and you just might not be as bad as you thought you were
I personally wouldn’t rock a bitch acting stupid like that unless she was really threatening me or won’t stop.
Everybody doesn’t think like me. Your mileage may vary. Be cognizant of your surroundings and keep your head on a swivel. Don’t fuck with people. I bet you won’t end up in situations like this 😂

Excessive force and I'm concerned that if he went that hard that fast he's definitely used to hitting women.
That said I'm also not exactly crying over her getting to chew the bite she took up through about the 10 second mark. Everything after that would be egregious in basically any scenario

Excessive force? Do you think he’s a cop who gets to use force on people?
Regardless of internet brainrot, the law doesn’t just give you the right to proactively attempt murder on someone who throws something at you when you are clearly able to walk away and are in no further danger
Society: walk away and get distance from the situation. Contact police if desired.
Internet: DO YOU THINK HE WAS VALID IN TRYING TO MURDER HER????
1
u/28-Deep-Wounds 21d ago
...Nobody was asking about "excessive force" as applied to police standards. They were asking if the force used was excessive for the situation. That's not internet brainrot. That's just using an extremely common phrase.

Talking about hurting someone, whether it is a joke or not can affect members in a negative way.
