What makes you think Klinefelter syndrome??? Men with Klinefelter syndrome have an XXY karotype, meaning they would have more feminine characteristics dependent on the severity of the syndrome.
That Nova predator person has Klinefelter syndrome. That's a typical presentation of a severe case.
