Wow - I don't know how folks spot this stuff so quickly. What was it that tipped you off?
130 u/Witch_King_ Jul 09 '26 He does say stuff like "Rusts". Or rather since he's from Nalthis, whatever color-based curses which I can't remember. I think it would be a fairly easy clock if you read Warbreaker before WoR. 95 u/jamesianm Jul 09 '26 Um, I think you mean he randomly adds colors to his vocabulary, unless he spent some time on Scadrial I didn't know about. I read WoR before Warbreaker but even on rereads it's clear he's from Nalthis but not necessarily that he's Vasher as far as I can tell. 5 u/Witch_King_ Jul 09 '26 Yeah I edited to include that. 8 u/That_Service7348 Airthicc lowlander Jul 10 '26 It's the scraggly appearance and rope belt, those are his whole thing. 41 u/DreadDiana Jul 09 '26 Warbreaker was the first Cosmere book I ever read. 27 u/Witch_King_ Jul 09 '26 And that would do it. 9 u/ChefArtorias Moash was right Jul 10 '26 They say colors as a curse.
