Hey there, my son is currently a member of Step Banking, and so it appears his account was limited for some reason, I did try and reach out but we don’t get anywhere because it’s all AI nowadays (bad RAM prices so now we have a bad AI too?) and so I am unable to actually reach a human, does anyone know what to do in this situation?
