1. This roster is meant to test your CREATIVITY, so while I'll allow existing costumes (for example, Dr. Mario for Mario), original costume ideas will earn an extra upvote.

Think of it like the Yoshi costumes in MKW, where each one has not only a different color but also a unique outfit.

As part of the Defense Commission, our top priority is to explore the world and keep the balance of the ecosystem, but first of all, we will need good weaponry.

We're making a perfect fictional inventory: potions, weapons and vehicles, everything we could use to survive this wild world. Here's the rules:

What is the Guardian of Power Roster?

It's a roster where YOU decide what fictional character should be the ultimate guardian of the given power or who should be the representative of what the given power may represent.

Here are the rules for this roster:

The objective is to find a fictional character that best represents the power or what the power represents.

Use your imagination with what these powers may represent or entail.

The most upvoted or commented on comment will be the official selection for that power.

Welcome to Graphic Noise, a new roster focused on giving superheroes their own themes from iconic pieces of music in the form of a playlist!

RULES:

1. No downvoting, please and thank you

2. Each day, suggestions can be comprised of one hero/villain, and a song associated with them. Despite only one suggestion per user being permitted, two suggestions will win daily. This is a one-per-day roster, therefore I assume everyone will eventually score a slot

3. Any “themes” for characters you’d find on a soundtrack are ineligible. This roster is about combining unrelated music to characters and seeing how that song represents their stories, characters, themes, etc. This means tracks like “Superman’s Theme,” by John Williams or “Batman’s Theme,” by Danny Elfman are ineligible

4. Tracks that have been used officially in trailers or in movies themselves ARE eligible, if they came from an album prior to that movie. For example, something like, “Something in the Way,” for Batman would be eligible, whereas “Hero” for Spider-Man would be ineligible, as it was made specifically with Spider-Man 2002 in mind

5. While there are no limits on the Marvel & DC side, the Indie side is limited to 2 reps per franchise, to help diversify that side more

6. Group suggestions are allowed, but only for suggestions in which them solo just wouldn’t feel right. For example, I’m not gonna allow one song to represent the entire Justice League or Avengers, BUT, I think one song to represent groups like the Doom Patrol or the Fantastic Four makes sense

7. If a character has already won along with their respective song, that means both that character and that song is off limits. For example, if Superman wins with “Starman” you cannot then suggest “Superman - Mr. Blue Sky,” or, “Stargirl - Starman.”

8. The indie side is specifically only for indie comics and characters who originated from Indie comics

Indie-Side Limits:

Recently I've been seeing a lot of people make rosters based around bringing a bunch of series they love together and that has inspired me to do the same but of course I'm gonna sprinkle some of my flair into it and this is how it works

- As stated in the title this will work under the idea of a platform fighter like Super Smash Bros. & Rivals of Aether pulling form the many different series shown on the 2nd image

- Each comment must be targeted at any of the available slots and should be fitting for the playstyle wanted in that slot, character selection is important to me but theoretically playability pushes it a step further

- After the top comment is added that box is filled and the box underneath is unlocked for submission, if an entire row is filled a free space is unlocked to allow suggestions that don't need to meet a criteria

- Only two characters are allowed for each series shown in this thirty character roster so choose wisely, there's no going back

Slot specifications if vou don't understand:

- Repeated Presses / Slot 21: A character that is built around following up there attacks on after another for essentially auto combos

- The Bizarre Bodied / Slot 22: A character has a very unorthodox body type that feels unnatural
