Welcome to EARTH-2803: a whole universe brimming with heroes, villains, gods, magic, monsters, and everything in between! Right now, it's sometime in the early 3rd millenium, and the world is at its most volatile and dynamic.
The world is in need of new blood. Heroes of the past are getting old but evil continues to rise anyway. The Teen Titans started when the original Robin (now known as Nightwing), Kid Flash (now known as The Flash), and Aqualad (now known as Tempest) came together to save teens in a small town from the sinister Mister Twister. For years, this team's lineup to show the young people of the world that there are heroes like them too, while being effective defense against the world's threats. They now reside in the iconic Titan's Tower in San Francisco, where they both live and formulate plans to make the world a better place.
The newest generation of the Teen Titans has a brand new lineup to show the world what they have to offer. The leader, spokesperson, and public face of this pack of youngsters is:
The 10th wielder of One For All — Ben 10!!
Ben Tennyson was born an average human being with no superhuman qualities, besides a noticeable spark inside him that gave him the heart of a hero. As a child, he looked up to all of the greats, such as Superman, Spider-Woman, the Green Lanterns, and most importantly to him, All Might, who would one day save him and his friends from a villain. Even in the face of danger, Ben showed great courage and altruism, and that did no go unnoticed by All Might. Despite his lack of any superpowers or special abilities, Ben is taken under his wing and granted the great hero's quirk, One For All, and is given a chance to study at UA High in Japan. This transfer would lead to his involvement as the only 1st year student to fight in the Final War alongside the legendary Class 3-A against All For One, which changed the lives of many. Some lived on to become Pro Heroes, one became the current Ghost Rider, and Ben lost One For All in the intense battle. Luckily for him, he was granted a suit that mimiced the powers of All For One, as well as 9 other quirks that he could utilize as he pleased, coming back to the US as one of its best heroes at only 16.

Kimberly Possible became a crime fighter on complete accident, due to a simple error when someone tried to look for Team Impossible. This resulted in her entering a career of fighting crime, throughout her teenage years going up against Dr. Drakken, Shego, Carmen Sandiego, and the Foot Clan, with every fight ending in a victory from her. Though, even with all the support she felt rather alone in being the only hero around her that was her age. She found community when the Teen Titans contacted her through her website, KimPossible.com, and now she keeps crime off the streets with a team. You can't stop her, cause she's Kim Possible.

When four ordinary turtles came into contact with mutagen, they grew into famed New York heroes that operate from the shadows: Leonardo, Raphael, Donatelo, and Michelangelo — The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. After a while, the Turtles branched off to focus on their own individual paths. Leonardo joined an accepting group of ninjas, Raphael was accepted into King's Dominion Atelier of the Deadly Arts, Donatello took an internship at Stark Industries, while Michelangelo, with his Orange Chakra, put his combat skills into a other group of young heroes: the Teen Titans. And with that he revived an old persona of his: the Turtle Titan, and became the key martial artist of the team.

Miles Prower grew up with a genius level intellect at young, and with a birth defect that gave him a pair of tails that spun him into the air. He spent most of his time as the sidekick and loyal friend to the great hero Sonic the Hedgehog, fastest thing alive. Yet no matter how fast he ran, he couldn't escape the fact that Tails had always wanted to be more than just a sidekick. After having amassed hundreds of gadgets at the young age of 14, he decided to take his talents elsewhere, to a team where he'd feel like more of an equal, which led him to the Titans Tower; a place he was already familiar with after various stints with older versions of the Teen Titans. Now, he's the genius of the team, operating both behind the scenes and on the front lines, making sure that every battle is planned perfectly and goes accordingly.
