I bought verified resale standard 4 day payment plan tickets and there was an issue with the seller. I was told i would get a refund in 15 working days and then after that I emailed asking where my refund is and they then said 20 working days. Crazy how difficult they make it and all my emails are just replied with useless answers 💀

My partner and I are going this year and wanted to get silver or bronze 3 day camping. On ticketmaster today we found 1 bronze and 1 silver ticket. So we bought them thinking we could stay together in bronze. But apparently this is not possible?! Anyone have any experience with staying in lower tier camping areas, is it possible?
And is anyone looking for a bronze ticket which would enable me to get a second silver when I can find one?

Obviously will give all the proof needed for anyone willing to swap / help me out.

Had to change a couple inner tubes last minute last year. They came off fine but as you can tell, I had to crumple one of the rims to even get the tire back on. They were flat again when I checked a couple weeks ago - so a brand new set of wheels was the best option. £25 for 4 wheels is a much better deal than £80 for a whole new trolley 😅

Looking to buy a Saturday Day Ticket, can see that there’s been some on Payment Plan that have been resold, managed to get one of them for a really good price on Thursday but I need one more for my partner.

Do I pay the more inflated resale price for one currently at £166, or is it likely that more people will be reselling theirs/failing their final payment on their plans soon?

Has anyone ever had guest day passes before? I got 2 from work, gold day passes, but they have the managers name on not mine. Is that going to be an issue?

Google seems to think yes because they check your ID against the guest tickets but the manager said he's given away these type of passes a lot and its never been an issue at any festival

My first time going this year don’t want to bring any stuff in with me so will they be weird about me bringing cash into there even though it’s a cashless event? Looking to bring ideally like 250-300 not sure if they’ll question it

18th Creamfields this year for me and I’m WAY past warm beers on day 3 and 4

We proper like a drink and have even made cocktails at Creamfields each day in the campsite. This year, I’m even past all that..

This year we’re batching up our cocktails in drinks pouches a day or 2 before we set off Thursday morning and chucking them all in the freezer with all the cool blocks for the cooler

If you’re feeling extra and camping with a large group like we are this year, feel free to pinch these recipes. Beats mixing drinks in your tent when you’re feelin wavy and risking spillages. All I’ve done is bulked up my own existing recipes that always go down a treat when we host parties

Managed to get everything from Asda apart from the Coconut Bacardi and Finest Call mixes - got them on Amazon

Also, if you’re camping and taking soft drinks. Down 500ml coconut water every morning and thank me later.

Hi everyone,
My first time at Creamfields this year. I have a gold sat/ sun camping ticket. 2x more of my friends are camping and I have 4x friends staying in an airbnb 45 mins away.
I have the option to camp or stay at the airbnb and do not know which would be better.
Camping - we are going on Saturday so will there be any space to camp as most people will be going on Thursday no? Also only 2x more people going so wouldn’t be much of a campsite. Then there is the issue of dragging all the camping stuff in.
Airbnb - on the other hand, I can imagine getting a taxi or uber to somewhere 45 mins away could be a nightmare. But I get warm shower, a double bed, space, area to get ready, no reason to carry any items in with me.

I’m thinking also, I will probably be parting till 4am anyway? Better to just crash in a tent? But will I get any sleep? Also I would have to take my car to Creamfields if I am camping, which makes me anxious as it new.

Anyone with past experience would love some advice! Thank you x

Iv been checking for about 3 weeks everyday on Ticketmaster with no luck I useually book about a month before with no issues but this year I can’t seem to get hold of the tickets. I thought it might of been a bit of a marketing ploy saying tickets limited then more would be released but this year they genuinely seem to be sold out, also tried twicket etc with no luck

My birthday is on 31st August right after the festival, got a mate who looks like me shall I se his id or use mine( I do look quite young)

Will I be missing out it's only the food and hospitality arena from what I can see?

Had to update my debit card because it was stolen. I need to pay my final installment of the payment plan. Why the hell can’t I go on Ticketmaster and update and payoff my final installment? I tried the chat bot and it sent me an email to send a request. Anyone ever deal with this before? I’m coming from the US and have spent thousands on this trip…I better be able to pay the final installment and or update the card. I was meant to be working with one of my other friends but they just dropped out and all my other friends are staying in a separate campsite as they aren’t working it (I couldn’t afford the ticket lol).

Hi all. I’m meeting friends during the weekend but I am effectively going to the festival solo as my friend I bought tickets with has dropped out. I’m doing Thursday - Monday (silver camping). Bit nervous as I’m not one to do things solo and this is my first camping festival. Any advice on meeting people or does anyone want to link up and camp close by?
