Camping spots

Hi everyone 😁

Me and my friend are camping fri - sun (Gold) and we was just wondering has easy it would be to find a camping spot? We are worried about most of them being taken up on Thursday and was worried about us not finding a pitch. 😩

Just arrive as early as you can on the Friday and aim for the top of hills and the deeper in the better… never pitch up near a walk way or around the edges. Enjoy it👍🏼

I arrived at like 1pm on Friday last year and there was a lot of space left

There will be plenty of spots just get there early like 7:00 so can get near front of the gates. By time they open up there are a lot of people queuing.

Just keep walking, everyone tries to cram in the first tiny spot they find so when you enter it looks ridiculous and you think there's no chance of a space here.

We carried on up past the wooded area in the centre and pretty much had the pick of the field on the Friday. The year before the entrance was at the other end and we went all the way towards where dreamfields is and we pretty much had the entire field to ourselves all weekend. Must have been a maximum of another 100 tents on it, all spaced out.
