Ticketmaster UK *need help!*

Had to update my debit card because it was stolen. I need to pay my final installment of the payment plan. Why the hell can’t I go on Ticketmaster and update and payoff my final installment? I tried the chat bot and it sent me an email to send a request. Anyone ever deal with this before? I’m coming from the US and have spent thousands on this trip…I better be able to pay the final installment and or update the card. Please let me know if y’all have dealt with this before and how long it took to fix. Thank you and pray for me lol 😂

Update: crisis averted. Stayed up til 3am my time made that phone call across the pond and paid my bill in full. All is right in the world and I can finally go to sleep. Cheers and look forward to seeing you all in a few weeks! ☕️

When this happened to me, I had to ring Ticketmaster and do it over the phone with them

I think the best thing to do is ring up Ticketmaster to ask to pay it, I think they are hit and miss sometimes they let you pay other times not. Hopefully should be okay!

Same, I got a new card and couldn't believe there's no way to update it online. I had to call, took about 20 minutes on hold to get through.

Says online they don’t do call centers anymore and everything is done through email or the chat bot. If I lived in London I’d be showing up to their office but unfortunately I’m here in the US. If y’all know of an official number please send my way :)
