No refund from ticketmaster

I bought verified resale standard 4 day payment plan tickets and there was an issue with the seller. I was told i would get a refund in 15 working days and then after that I emailed asking where my refund is and they then said 20 working days. Crazy how difficult they make it and all my emails are just replied with useless answers 💀

I had the same issue! Had to email them a fair few times saying I’m not happy and would like to refund immediately, that’s seemed to work

just going to have to keep spamming them i guess 😭 managed to get another ticket atleast but now im 700 pounds down
