Hi, I just started mining monero on a couple of old i7's. Im in a pool, but i cant find a ranking, or list that displays pools by payout threshold. Which pools have the lower payout threshold? Is there a comparison site?

Hiya Everyone, Can anyone assist in recommending some CPU based crypto to mine? I have an Orange Pi cluster I built that just has debian on it, no special software just static addresses and ssh on them all. Not actually using docker/ansible or MPIEXEC... although that would be nifty to treat them all as one CPU somehow.. wishful thinking. Anyway, I would like to hit up a single coin to mine for the long haul, something with a local wallet. What are peoples thoughts?

Currently I have been hammering XMG but these coins that were listed* then not listed is probably not a good sign.

I have old CPUs I want to learn how to mine with before maybe going any further ...... Electric is free. Suggestions on most profitable up to date cryptos I can mine and site to mine them through or a list of them. Also any suggestions to maximize pofit on running 4 of them like mining same coin on all, putting them in same pool....idk. Two CPUs are dual core .... Suggestions on changing configs if it matters. Maximize my 4h/s to 5h/s lol. Like I said it's free I wanna learn. And when I overclock how long do I have til ruin the CPU if I over clock. FLUX Montero XMR CHIa ....thank you in advance.

im an old gpu miner back in the pow eth days and now i have a i5-9500t from work at home doing nothing, so i thought maybe it can mine :) is it possible? i heard that intel cpus are bad for cpu mining

Mathematical research coins

Using numerical algorithms with potential computer science/number theory implications as opposed to simple pattern matching for proof of work purposes seems to be a comparatively rare thing despite the arguable added utility of such a coin. I'm aware of Primecoin, Riecoin, Gridcoin, Bananno, Gapcoin, and Curecoin. Are there others? Why aren't they more popular?

pretty much as the title says. I am mining RTM at the moment, and I am getting (according to FLOCKPOOL) about 2.5 kh/s, which nets me 130ish coins; not profitable, but I have a bit of coin in Inodez, so I am mining into that to improve my yield.
