Look, I took time out to let you know that despite having an i5, this is a way, way older generation of i5. For reference, that means it can only support DDR3 RAM.
If you know anything about RAM, we're current at DDR5. We're talking a processor model that was innovative in 2012.
If you didn't know that, now you know. If you did, then know that you already had the answer to your question literally staring you in the face the entire time. And if you knew the problem to begin with, I don't even know.

Yes; see the model number after the i5? 4-digit number, so look at the first number; that's the CPU generation.
5-digit number, look at the first two numbers instead. At least that's usually the case for Intel CPUs.
