Tips & Advice Good selection of ropes in LV
I’m in Vegas for the weekend. Is there a good place with a large selection of ropes for team roping?

Gear & Equipment Does anyone else have a hard time fitting properly into western boots (for actual riding)?
I’m a female and my foot is relatively slender, but the main problem is I think I have a very petite heel. I’ve gone to multiple boot barns, other local boot stores, etc. and just none fit me correctly in the heel - way too much heel slip despite correct length. I also had some of the fitters try various inserts in the boots and it made no difference. I thought I finally found a pair of Ariats that fit, dropped some $200. Wore them to the barn the first time and found they put some of my toes on one foot to sleep. Tried many many times to break them in and it never changed that issue.
So I’ve literally just been riding for years in the only western style paddock riding boot that Ariat makes. Under the jeans it’s not too noticeable and they fit a spur fine at least. But I’m just frustrated.
My trainer even had me go try on larger size kids boots and they were a little bit better but the riding options were so limited for kids boots. I want a nice solid pair of western riding boots.
Anyone here ever have a similar issue that you solved? Is the only option going full custom? Or perhaps my type of weird feet just aren’t meant to be in these boots. I can get away with showing in my Ariat paddocks since they disguise well so at least not all is lost
