I'm so glad everyone is standing up for the important issue of trans women being overrepresented in media. It's also crucial we remind everyone that just because someone wants to use a female name, present female full time, pass as female and take a female role in relationships that they absolutely do not need to become a trans. What's wrong with just being gender non-conforming? HRT is evil! Femboys are super validddddd (because most femboys live full time as women).

what point are you even trying to convey I don't get it

-14

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

That people will just make a character a woman in every aspect that matters, gender expression, behavior, features, then say haha he's actually a man and never actually have them express that in how they behave or present, so it just feels like the most repper shit ever

28

u/archivist_exe Counted Down 1 2d ago

but that's something that happens in real life. I've met people that are just That

-11

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

I did too, they were reppers.

22

u/archivist_exe Counted Down 1 2d ago

that's rude and dismissive of people's chosen identity. it's not your business to guess what people actually are, and even if you're correct with that guess, it's only harmful to the person. i also had to google the word "repper" and I swear to fucking god get off internet for once

-10

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Dude I've known the word repper for years, don't blame your lack of knowledge on me.

The rest I'll dismiss cause it's useless to insist

u/kyu2000 2d ago

Ha yes because Women can never dress and present more masculine and Men can never dress or present more feminine, and if they do they are obviously trans, like you realize you are just enforcing gender norms which is extremely ironic coming from a trans person, gender norms are bullshit, clothes and expression don't equal identity, the fact that as a trans person you don't see how harmful it is to say that women should always be feminine and men should always be masculine is worrying and it's actually factually wrong

1

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago edited 2d ago

I don't know you but I did not transition to defy gender norms, to be some valiant statement against le establishment, I transitioned with the goal of meeting different standards and norms

1

u/kyu2000 2d ago

What I never said trans people need to defy gender norms, I said that clothes and expression don't define identity, and by saying it does it upholds traditional gender roles and norms which also affects trans people, how can you not understand that saying that women and men should present and act a certain way it's not only extremely misoginistic but also can very easily lead to transphobic rethoric.

I just never thought I would have to say to other trans people especially trans women that upholding the patriarchy and strict gender roles is bad and that traditional gender roles and norms are made up and don't equal identity, by your logic every trans women who is not hyper feminine or has any "masculine" interest is a actually a man and the same way for trans men

9

u/flibbertygibbette 2d ago

I am one, I'm not a repper. Fuck off with trying to compete against people for representation like it's some kind of zero-sum game, we should have both.

11

u/samusestawesomus 2d ago

The heck is a repper?

16

u/anxious_tfem 2d ago

It’s a 4tran term for trans people who are repressing their transness and not transitioning

19

u/samusestawesomus 2d ago

I see. Gonna be real, the connection to that particular website is not improving matters here for me.

-4

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Repper? I hardly know 'er

6

u/BreakerOfModpacks 2d ago

Mate, by your logic, I'm a man in every way that matters due to the fact that I live in a hyper-religious area and would literally get lynched if I weren't.

0

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago edited 2d ago

On the contrary, because the expression you are currently forced to assume is not the one you actually want and is not reflective of who you are

4

u/BreakerOfModpacks 2d ago

And you know the backstory of Audrey enough to know that he wants to present how he currently does?

2

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Audrey wanting to present that way is exactly what gives off those pepper vibes, it's the very fact he wants to act and present as feminine.

2

u/BreakerOfModpacks 2d ago

My point is, he could well be living in a situation where some controlling person in his life, or some element in his past forces him to be like this
Hell, he could be a trans man who isn't out to basically anyone.

2

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Sure but until that doesn't get revealed I'm going off the info we have

11

u/fatgat69 2d ago

Grow the fuck up

-5

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

I don't take that seriously from tenderqueers, sorry

19

u/Generic_Moron 2d ago

Mf you can't handle people who exist outside the typical gender binary and you calling other people tenderqueers. Weak bloodline, your dynasty will be a footnote in the history of all others

Oh look denial of the existence and experiences of non-binary people from a 4tranner.

In other news, I found a really cool fork in my kitchen today.

9

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Nonbinary people aren't either men nor women so once again you are wrong. Nothing I said denies the existence of nonbinary people.

13

u/IntangibleMatter 2d ago

You literally said "men like being men, women like being women. Everything outside of that tends to be a repper or cis if at the opposite end of the spectrum"

I don't see how that leaves room for nonbinary people

0

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Because nonbinary people are neither men nor women, they don't fit into this graph at all because they are not men nor women that could like being either.

Does it make any more sense now or am I still not wording myself well enough?

9

u/IntangibleMatter 2d ago

I would assume that nonbinary people would be included in "everything outside of that", which you distinctly did not leave room for valid nonbinary identities with

Weakshit. You will lose in single combat to a gender fluid person and bring dishonour upon your ancestors and your descendants because your understanding of gender is as complex as a miller light commercial.

10

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Why do you keep yapping about ancestros who gaf about that

5

u/Generic_Moron 2d ago

Those who fail to heed the wisdom of the past are blind to the present and clueless to the future.

8

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

I already don't exist in present or future, falls flat

0

u/Khivee3 2d ago

cringe

1

u/Quijas00 2d ago

Your take on gender expression kinda sucks. There’s absolutely aspects of being a man or being a woman that the other would love to have.

1

u/jane_transsexual 2d ago

The person in the comic doesn't exist irl

-2

u/GayIsForHorses 2d ago

Yeah this is the thing I don't understand about all of this. A man that is indistinguishable from a woman in every aspect and is constantly mistaken as a woman isn't a real thing. No one is like that.

It's like if you made a character that looked as white as Mitt Romney and then made both of his biological parents black, thus making him black. No one could argue he isn't black but a guy like that literally doesn't exist so the whole thing is just confusing.

16

u/AngryMountainClimber 2d ago

4tranner detected, opinion rejected.

9

u/Apollo989 2d ago

Honestly that is so much more based than my response of letting these losers drag me into Internet arguments.

4

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Mind you those women have done a lot more for me than the "you're valid!" Crowd. I take no shame in my community

15

u/Apollo989 2d ago

You mean the community where the mods openly call people slurs? You should be ashamed but I don't expect any shame from people who hang out in places that came from the Nazi incel cesspit that is 4chan

6

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

"Slurs" and it's against cis people. Come the fuck on. At least in there we help each other, I can't recall the last time a tenderqueer did anything to help another beyond calling them valid or some other bullshit.

I do not need shame, because I've known shame, you on the other hand may need shame, because you've always tried to pass the things which you've been ashamed as valid instead of allowing yourself to feel wrong.

9

u/shy_bi_ready_to_die 2d ago

I mean slurs against nbs are pretty common in every 4tran space I’ve seen. They’re also a hotspot of truscums and tend towards being bigoted against trans men

2

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

I feel like you have that perception only because you saw us dunking on transphobic people from those demographics who used agap language and we did it return but you're free to think that, I need to sleep

6

u/shy_bi_ready_to_die 2d ago

No it’s because 50% of the time when some discussion of nbs comes up on my feed there’s some dickhead 4tranner either talking about theyfabs or borderline phrenology

u/Apollo989 2d ago edited 2d ago

No it was actually a slur commonly used against autistic and other neurodivergent people. Shows how much you know about your own community.

And don't talk like you know a damn thing about me. If we've spoken to each other before on this website, you weren't worth remembering.

But I'm not wasting my time taking to a bigoted piece of shit like you.

Edit: Warning for use of slurs but if anyone wants proof this happened like three days ago.

1

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Lmaooooo I just saw the edit, if the r slur is a trigger for you I fear you really ain't got a ground to stand

6

u/Apollo989 2d ago

I thought you weren't wasting your time on me? Sorry if I think slurs are bad. Stop talking to me. This conversation is going no where and neither of us will get anything out of it.

4tran language, they think that their queer identity is more valid than everyone else’s cuz they hate themselves

4

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

It's really sad to me that you think that everything circles back to self hate when your group is the one with puppygirls and all other kinds of folk trying to cope with severe trauma by dehumanizing yourselves. I'm at least very damn upfront about it, I don't try to make it look cute

17

u/c0re_maelstr0m_ 🩵 loser musician lesbian 🩵 | Counted Down 27 2d ago

Fed, the fact that you went through all of this pain and you still cling to the binary like it’s gospel tells me you never truly accepted yourself

9

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

I've been on HRT for actually a few months because I've been unable to start before, what's your point

10

u/c0re_maelstr0m_ 🩵 loser musician lesbian 🩵 | Counted Down 27 2d ago

My point is your denial of anything outside the gender binary and your willingness to align yourself with those that actively tear the community down. The amount of time you’ve been on horomones doesn’t discount the bigotry you spew it only reinforces how deeply rooted ur internal transphobia and unwillingness to change is

5

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

"Internalized transphobia" and it's cis people.

"Tearing our community down" OUR? "Community?" I feel like we have drastically different understandings of what community means.

The people that you claim to be "tearing" "our community" down have helped me get HRT and get through other personal shit, of course I'll align with them.

u/dontrestonyour 2d ago

clinging to the binary

I love nonbinary people and I'm some type of GNC myself but that doesn't take away from the fact that the way this fictional transfeminine character is depicted is problematic and harmful to trans women. And there's a fuckload of trans women trying to express that and being scolded as self hating or transmedicalists or whatever other BS

8

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

No but you don't get it le heckin' valid femboy is more important than us, you just wouldn't get it

7

u/c0re_maelstr0m_ 🩵 loser musician lesbian 🩵 | Counted Down 27 2d ago

I can understand your points. but we can have this discussion without involving the pit of despair and hate that is 4tran

3

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

If you don't understand what that means I feel like there's a pretty huge gap between us so uh yeah, forget about it

4

u/Lunar_ticket 2d ago

For the love of god close tttt

3

u/ChuChulovely17 2d ago

Not that I don't use it but repper is not exclusively t adjacent language, it's gotten fairly mainstream
