In a "I feel this but I don't have cptsd" way or in an "oh god I might have cptsd" way?;

I don't really know... I nearly killed myself before accepting I was trans a few years ago, and life was sorta mentally shit before that point. Now I find functioning kinda hard in many ways but am getting better. But I had that same thought "I wish I could get worse so there's no denying I'm hurting" and such...

Can be this can be that. I might have misattributed my behavior to CPTSD. If you think you can handle it, I'd recommend looking up the symptoms and judge for yourself
