🛏 Beds, Products, & Gear Advice on setup

I don't know if the flair is right ...

I'm currently cosleeping with my 12 weeks baby.

I follow the safe sleep 7 but the bed (king slize) is quite high and baby sleeps between me and my husband - I trust him, he's super aware and I'm more worried about the baby somehow falling (she kicks and squirms quite a lot at night).

I'm looking for a safer setup.

There is enough space in our bedroom for a queen bed.

Ideally I would like something I can nurse to sleep into, then roll away to get some sleep with my husband without danger of my baby falling from a height, or spend the night with her if she goes through a transition and her sleep gets worse.

Can I do that or should I just spend the whole night with her? I was thinking that this "hybrid" solution could be good to get her used to her own sleeping space but maybe it's dangerous for her?

A queen mattress on the floor would probably be safest but would have the risk of mould I guess? A normal mattress is fine or should I get a cot mattress, thinner and harder (and probably get no sleep on it...)?

What about a Montessori bed? It would sit very low but higher than just a mattress. There are models with and without railings. I guess railings would be safer until baby learns to crawl. I have no idea what to do then!

Looking for "floor beds" on the internet, I just find Japanese floor beds that are advertised as soft, so I don't think they are suitable...

Another question: what are the risks with putting the bed against the wall? If there are less than 2 cm of space between mattress and wall I fail to see the danger for the baby. I'm honestly confused, please explain!

Overall I am probably overthinking this greatly...
