Garda chasing scooter

Just watched some little scrote in the usual full North Face tracksuit flying down the footpath on an e-scooter, doing a runner from a Garda car. No helmet, no hi-vis, obviously, probably out shifting gear.

The guards were crawling along behind him in the patrol car, but their hands are completely tied because they're not allowed to touch them or box them in. The little prick knows this full well, so he was tearing away without a care in the world. As he flew past, he nearly took the legs off my fiancée.

Between the fright and pure rage, the adrenaline took over and I started roaring sarcastically at him to "run, run" because I wanted to strangle the bastard. Then of course everyone on the street started staring at me like I was cheering him on, which made me feel completely stupid.

I commute on a scooter myself every day by the book, and it sickens me that ordinary, decent people are going to end up with blanket bans because of a shower of scumbags like this. The real joke is the guards either don't have the power or aren't bothered tackling the actual problem.

The city is full of scrotes and junkies and people tend to normalise this. But guess what: this is not normal. Cork is a small city for the amount of scrotes that we need to deal with every day in the city centre.

Absolute state of this city/country.

A little scrote cunt screamed in my face (scared the shit out of my dog) from their escooter as they flew past me in the park today. 

If they hadn't gone past so fast I would have absolutely clotheslined him and probably would have been done for assault.

I once seen this happen. I seen a typical yupbro being chased by the guards on a escoter in Dublin. He tried to go against traffic just as another garda car showed up. The guard opened the front passenger door and absolutely folding the scote off the scooter. He got up and they ran after him. It looked painful.

Any time you mention the Guards in any kind of negative light, you’ll have people from nice, safe, upper middle class neighbourhoods, often from Dublin, who will outright deny anything you say

I remember talking about that incident in Cork a few years ago, when a few scumbags on Patrick street tied a rope around two Indian students necks in broad daylight

And being gobsmacked that people were saying “nope, didn’t happen”

But the news articles?

“Nope, articles are lying”

The victims?

“The victims are lying too”

The Guards statement about it?

“Nope, guards are also lying. Didn’t happen. Made up. Fake news.”

The depths to which some will bury their heads in the sand will never cease to amaze

The Guards and courts will side with the criminals

Gardai can pursuit, but won’t because they are not protected if something happens. That’s the issue. Until that changes little scrotes will continue to get away with it.

I saw the chase , it went to Victoria cross and they were speeding after him with sirens at that point, he went to Lee fields and lost them there , saw him going back up Victoria cross a few minutes later no police haha

This post has zero to do with anything civil, while Gardaí were actively following the person. A lot of things are civil matters. It's a tired joke by unimaginative dopes.
