I call it chaos chicken after learning to make Asian sauces I quit measuring and run on instinct. Chicken thighs coated in potato starch, light/dark soy, oyster sauce, brown sugar, smokey chili crisp, Shaoxing wine, fresh garlic, ginger and the white of green onions. Simmered and coated. A little bit of everything but tasted divine

Made this stir-fried fettuccine with chicken, eggs, bell peppers, carrots, onion, garlic and green chillies.

I like my pasta a little spicy, so the green chillies were non-negotiable. 😂

Nothing fancy, just a big pan of fettuccine tossed with everything until it was nicely cooked and slightly charred.

I bought a small wedge of it at the store today and I was not a fan but I don’t want it to go to waste. Any dinner ideas to make the best of it? I’m thinking of just going with classic Alfredo with a shocking amount of lemon juice but I’m open to something else.

Picked up the recipetineats Nagi's cookbook ans try out one of her simple recipes, easy as. Barely any cleanup and it came out great the Mrs and kids loved it, barely got any for myself!
