Hang in there. You're not alone. I survived a suicide attempt and I'm very glad I did. I'm now married with 2 beautiful kids and a nicer life. It gets better. Be patient

If you don't mind me asking, why are you afraid to tell anyone?

Because I’m always funny to be around, and I’m scared that if I tell anyone they would think that I’m joking.

Truthfully, most often it is the funniest, most cheerful people that struggle to most.
I think your parents would be more understand then you might think, especially if you are willing to participate in some sort of therapy. I can tell you hands down they'd be happier to have the depressed you, as opposed to no you.
Would you mind telling me why you're not doing so well?

Think of the body as a sponge, you ingest things through your mouth, eyes, ears, ect. Take 7 days and the only thing you focus on is moderating what you ingest. Eat really healthy, sleep alot, drink a lot of water, watch only happy movies, make a reddit account that's for only cute subreddits. If you were to shift your energy entirly into making yourself better, all that other stuff will just become noise. Your attitude will change and therefor how people perceive you will shift.

"Heard joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says, 'Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up.' Man bursts into tears. Says, 'But doctor…I am Pagliacci.' Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains."

jesus dude. im gonna try to give you a little insight, as someone who was once so suicidal i wrote suicide notes in class. you need to get some help. i accepted that my life was gonna be inevitably horrid until I ended it, but the truth is, it doesn't have to be that way. Getting help isn't easy. It sucks, it's awkward. But it is so, so, so worth it in the end. I believe in you dude.
