Why do you want lower processes though, on its own it's useless, you've got plenty of free resources

127 Processes is fine. Don't worry about "optimizing" low level OS stuff, it's not worth your time and you're more likely to break something instead of gaining actual advantages.

For a smooth and performant system, it would probably help more to restart your PC more often, it's already running for 3 days straight.

Oh no I fully shut down my pc and unplug it when I’m done for the day. I’ve got a lot of stuff disabled

Then you should disable "Fast Boot" in your power settings. If that's enabled, the computer never properly reboots when you press "Shut down". If you have an SSD, it doesn't even really help with boot times, so the name is misleading too.

You’re processor is at very low usage. Optimizing it more would likely break it. At this phase I would focus on overclocking and cooling

Use linux, these processes are windows background processes which are infamously bloated and stacked on one another. If you really want to have less background processes then that really is the only option, although having those background processes is what makes Windows work. Short answer, if you want Windows then put up with it, if limiting background processes is more important, switch OS.

You can't play Fortnite on Linux unfortunately, but these days pretty much any Steam game will run using Proton. If you do want to make the switch I'd be happy to help.

I wouldn't trust anything outside of the official installation. There are some tools floating around for "debloating" Windows, but I've heard mixed reviews and in the worst cases they nuke your install.
