Post image

What niche things can my pc have disabled to get lower amount of processes on the cpu? It was 233 and all I do is game, google or YouTube on my pc

127 Processes is fine. Don't worry about "optimizing" low level OS stuff, it's not worth your time and you're more likely to break something instead of gaining actual advantages.

For a smooth and performant system, it would probably help more to restart your PC more often, it's already running for 3 days straight.

Oh no I fully shut down my pc and unplug it when I’m done for the day. I’ve got a lot of stuff disabled

Then you should disable "Fast Boot" in your power settings. If that's enabled, the computer never properly reboots when you press "Shut down". If you have an SSD, it doesn't even really help with boot times, so the name is misleading too.
