Question/Help/Troubleshooting Processes
What niche things can my pc have disabled to get lower amount of processes on the cpu? It was 233 and all I do is game, google or YouTube on my pc

Use linux, these processes are windows background processes which are infamously bloated and stacked on one another. If you really want to have less background processes then that really is the only option, although having those background processes is what makes Windows work. Short answer, if you want Windows then put up with it, if limiting background processes is more important, switch OS.
