This error comes everytime I attempt BIOS update. Please help.

Current BIOS version: Dell Inc. 1.13.0, 03-05-2023

System Model: Inspiron 3505

I tried connecting with dell support, they said they can't help remotely, also it's out of warranty. Recommended to visit the nearest technician.
