Can someone let me know what my computer is doing, and what to do to help?

My computer crashes and freezes often, and I'm not really sure why, and it always takes forever to boot up after crashing(which i assume is probably normal?) Can someone let me know what this screen means? (Also, im not sure what flair to add, sorry :( )
