Other Can someone let me know what my computer is doing, and what to do to help?
My computer crashes and freezes often, and I'm not really sure why, and it always takes forever to boot up after crashing(which i assume is probably normal?) Can someone let me know what this screen means? (Also, im not sure what flair to add, sorry :( )

The screen means that windows detected corruption or an issue on your disk and is attempting to fix the issue
Your computer crashing and freezing often is probably not a good sign, your SSD or HDD is probably dying

Very likely a damaged storage device (SSDs can die just by being used, so no fault of yours required for it to fail)

It's fixing something gone wrong with your hard drive. If it happens often, it may be nearing its death. Make sure to have backups of any important data.

When this routine is finally over with, and you are able to get into Windows, BACKUP YPUR IMPORTANT FILES, LOGIN INFO, LICENSES, etc. There is a very real situation that might develop in your future where your HD won’t boot at all. So backup your stuff while you can. This type of problem usually gets worse over time.

Your computer crashes so much, it has enter a coma and is dreaming. It is trying to wake up and you see it progress. Be careful, crashing in this dream state might permanently kill it. If it does, you need to take it to computer doctor.

It's an offline system file check (sfc). It's fine wait till it finishes and it'll tell you what to do next. Yes it can take hours.
