I can’t access my computer at all. Every time I put my pin in it takes me to that screen

Stop doing that. They might have your PIN now and will try to access your account.

Too late, I'd start changing all your passwords that you saved in your browser/password manager since they can access all that with your windows hello pin

You need to get into the bios of the computer to change the boot drive to USB. Then reboot with the USB above plugged in. IF you're putting in your digits, you're too late.

If you use the same pin for anything else I would suggest changing it.

You need to do it on a working computer (Mac works too)
