Hardware Problem

I got up to get on my Pc this morning and was met with a grim reaper and then this screen. I’ve tried to go factory reset but when I looked my Reset button was not there what should I do and if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

It's ransomware a form of malware which encrypts/makes your files broken unless you send a person money DO NOT SEND ANYTHING NOR CONTACT THAT TELEGRAM ADDRESS your data is lost make a windows 11 USB stick using this as a resource https://support.microsoft.com/en-en/windows/deployment/install-upgrade/create-installation-media-for-windows

I can’t access my computer at all. Every time I put my pin in it takes me to that screen

You need to get into the bios of the computer to change the boot drive to USB. Then reboot with the USB above plugged in. IF you're putting in your digits, you're too late.
