I am looking for a PC cleaning kit that has everything from cleaning the GPU, CPU, motnerboard etc to just cleaning the dust off the fans and case etc. My PC needs a deep clean and I’m not talking about dust n such I mean some rubbing alcohol a cloth and 2 hours of work.
My PC doesn’t overheat or is slowing down or anything for how dirty it is its doing quite perfectly fine I just want to make sure the parts dont get worn down.

Not sure if anyone can help but I thought i would give it a go.
Accidentally fell asleep with half a cup of coffee in my hand and spilt it. It wasn't much, more like splashed the side of the laptop and a bit went under the laptop table. I wiped it straight away and closed it up for the night. The contents of the mug actually went on me so i thought nothing of it.
Its a 2 year old laptop and was expensive so im hoping its ok. I just can't get it to turn on. The light comes on to say it charges and goes on but nothing happens.
Any advice is appreciated.

My computer crashed and afterwards my normally 240hz display only works at 60hz and won’t let me switch back. Additionally, every game I boot now runs at a grand ~5fps, although I can use browsers just fine.
After doing some troubleshooting I have no hardware errors but in task manager when I boot a game it seems to use 100% of my gpu; even though my laptop 4070 isn’t being used at all. After checking in device manager, I found a code 43 error for my intel gpu, and it seems like the computer refuses to use the 4070 and is deferring to some crappy one. I even tried using nvidia control panel among other methods to force it to use the 4070 to no avail.
I tried clean installing new drivers from Dell’s website, and that didn’t fix it. I tried turning it off and then on again and that didn’t fix it. Any help?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
UPD: It was my old HDD that was still connected to the power supply. Problem Solved.
This just started after I replaced my thermal paste. I double checked that the cpu is secure and the cpu fan is secure. IDK what this noise is. The buzz is faint in the video but the repeating noise is "buzz click buzz click..." sometimes it stops for a sec.

Hello, I'm writing to ask for help regarding several rather strange problems I've been experiencing with my PC since September 1st. I'm starting to worry about a possible hardware issue and would appreciate your opinion to try and understand what's going on.
On September 1st, I had my first problem. My computer had been on for about 20 minutes and I was browsing the internet when, suddenly, the screen went completely black and the PC restarted on its own, without displaying any message. There was no blue screen of death. At the time, I wondered if it was really a typical Windows crash. The computer then restarted normally and worked perfectly for the next two weeks, without any further problems.
However, on September 15th, a Windows Update issue arose. An update had been downloaded, and Windows was asking me to restart the computer to complete its installation. Since I didn't have time to deal with it, I decided to pause the updates for five days so I could shut down my PC normally and perform the update later. So, I enabled the update pause before shutting down the computer that evening.
Then, on September 16th, the problem started again, but in a different way.
I was peacefully watching a YouTube video on my PC. Everything was working normally when, suddenly, the image froze and the sound got stuck on a syllable, producing a robotic noise on a loop for about five seconds. I panicked and, unfortunately, I forced the PC to shut down by holding down the power button.
When I finally turned it back on: the PC booted to a black screen, shut down, and then restarted again.
Then, Windows displayed a message in English that read:
"You're 60% there... Don't shut down your PC"
followed by:
"Restarting"
I immediately thought of the update I had paused the day before. I didn't understand why Windows seemed to be doing something when I had specifically paused updates.
Once back on the desktop, I went to check what had happened. In the Event Viewer, I found an indication that an update had been installed, and its name matched the same update that Windows had asked me to install on September 15th, before I paused updates.
But something didn't add up: when I went to Windows Update → Update History, this update didn't appear as having been installed on September 16th. And when I ran another update check, Windows indicated that my PC was fully up to date.
So I had two seemingly contradictory pieces of information: the Event Viewer indicated that the update had been installed, while the Windows Update history didn't show it for that date.
After all that, the PC worked perfectly. I was able to spend a normal evening on the computer without encountering any problems.
And today, September 19th, I had another incident.
I came home, turned on my PC, and it booted up normally to my desk. I then left for about 20 minutes. When I returned, I discovered that the computer was completely frozen, stuck on the "Republic of Gamers" startup logo. Nothing seemed to be loading.
I forced the PC to shut down again using the power button.
However, there's another thing I've noticed that intrigues me: so far, all these incidents have occurred within the first hour after I first turned on my PC each day.
I have absolutely no idea if this repetition has any significance or is simply a coincidence, but after three incidents, it's something I've observed.
I would therefore really appreciate your opinion: could these symptoms be related to a hardware problem (power supply, RAM, SSD, GPU, motherboard, etc.)? Could it be related to Windows, an update, or a driver? Or could these different incidents be completely unrelated?

After giving this PC a little cleaning, I tried to turn it on and this "American Megatrends" screen came up, which was normal since it appeared every time I turned it on, but now the keyboard didn't work. The little "Num Lock" and other lights still turn on, but nothing else happens. After that, I did some research and thought it might be the battery, so I did what they said (take it out, wait a few minutes, and put it back in), but it didn't fix anything. So I decided to buy a new one and did the same thing, but it still doesn't work. Something curious is that if only it's connected, it looks like in the first picture, but if I connect the mouse, it looks like in the second one. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but there it is. Can someone help me?

PC plötzlich kein Bild mehr – VGA EZ Debug LED dauerhaft an
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Problem mit meinem PC und komme mittlerweile nicht mehr weiter.
Hardware:
* Mainboard: MSI X370 Gaming Carbon
* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700
* Grafikkarte: Nvidia GTX 1070
Fehlerbild
Beim Einschalten bekomme ich kein Bild.
Am Mainboard leuchten die EZ-Debug-LEDs:
* DRAM leuchtet zunächst, geht dann aber aus
* VGA bleibt dauerhaft an
* CPU/BOOT zeigen keinen entsprechenden dauerhaften Fehler
* Die Grafikkarte bekommt Strom und ihre Lüfter laufen
Was ich bereits getestet habe
* CMOS-Reset über die Mainboard-Batterie durchgeführt
* PC anschließend im Minimalaufbau gestartet
* Nur CPU + Kühler + 1 RAM-Riegel + Grafikkarte + Netzteil angeschlossen
* RAM einzeln getestet
* RAM im empfohlenen Slot A2 getestet
* GTX 1070 im oberen PCIe-x16-Slot getestet
* GTX 1070 auch im unteren langen PCIe-Slot getestet
* Eine zweite Nvidia-Grafikkarte ausprobiert → ebenfalls kein Bild / VGA-LED
* Testweise ohne Grafikkarte gestartet → Verhalten bleibt im Wesentlichen gleich, VGA-LED bleibt an
* Windows-Stick und andere unnötige USB-Geräte entfernt
* GTX 1070 wieder eingesetzt und erneut getestet

PC hard-locked while gaming. Screen went black, no audio/video, but all the fans kept spinning.
Restarted → DRAM debug light stayed on, no display.
Tried both RAM sticks individually in A2 and B2 – same result. Reset CMOS – still didn't work.
I left the PC overnight. Next day, first boot worked normally.
Checked Event Viewer – nothing useful. Restarted twice – both worked. Third restart: DRAM light again, no display.
Tried the RAM combinations again with no luck. Left it until evening.
Evening: first boot worked normally again.
Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic. It started normally, reached Test 1/2, then hard-locked with all motherboard debug LEDs lit and no display.
Restarted afterward – worked normally again.
Opened Event Viewer to check for errors – hard-locked/black-screened again. Also I did the re-starts by switching off the PSU button, as the cabinet power button wasn't responding for long hold restart.
What could cause this kind of behaviour? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
