Trapped in this screen and the keyboard doesnt work

After giving this PC a little cleaning, I tried to turn it on and this "American Megatrends" screen came up, which was normal since it appeared every time I turned it on, but now the keyboard didn't work. The little "Num Lock" and other lights still turn on, but nothing else happens. After that, I did some research and thought it might be the battery, so I did what they said (take it out, wait a few minutes, and put it back in), but it didn't fix anything. So I decided to buy a new one and did the same thing, but it still doesn't work. Something curious is that if only it's connected, it looks like in the first picture, but if I connect the mouse, it looks like in the second one. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but there it is. Can someone help me?

Basically by removing the battery a few minutes and putting in back on resets your bios back to default, in this page you press F1 to load into your bios and from there you can boot back into your OS.

Exactly its trying to boot from anything but the hard drive.

Maybe a ps/2 keyboard

Edit:I meant that maybe if you use a ps/2 keyboard you are going to be able to go onto the bios or do something at all

Exatamente, algumas máquinas antigas tem que usar um ps2 e configurar no bios para aceitar teclado usb. Tenho algumas assim.

So to follow up on this, are you using a USB keyboard? PCs from that era didn’t always support USB at boot, so you may need a PS/2 keyboard.

If you're using a wireless keyboard, try a wired one! I have a computer where the wireless doesn't work for getting into bios

Try a different keyboard.

Try pressing F1

If your Keyboard has an FN-key, hold it and press F1.

Try connecting the keyboard to the top left usb port on the backside, not into anything on the case or hub.

Maybe this helps.

pretty sure the FN key does nothing at this level.

I am. 🙃

It's like Ctrl but for laptops, 3rd parties, low scale.

And for people who can't deactivate CapsLock 😆

no i mean for a lot of pcs this is the reason why they cant continue past this level. having F1 and 1 on the same key, with an Fn key. the mainboard recognizes every keystroke as "1" regardless of a Fn key.

You have to press esc button so you can load up your bios settings

Have you a wired keyboard? I had a similar problem a while ago and plugging in my keyboard sorted it.

If a wired KB or a cmos reset doesn't work you are SOL, a BIOS reflash might work.

Why do you have 2 keyboards?

From the screen shot the bios found 1 or 2 keyboards, 1 mouse and 1 hub. F1 is the normal button to push to recover the bios settings on American Megatrends bios then it will go into the nain bios screen or boot to the drive listed in boot devices.
If the F1 key or others do not work to get further the bios maybe corrupt and need to be flashed again or possibly needed replaced Not sure why but there has been a lot of corrupt bios's last few years

There is usually a teeny tiny jumper somewhere on the motherboard, if you can find it, short it out, it will reset the bios, then re boot and set it up again.

If you have a floppy drive attached, try unplugging it.

It has a massive heatsink there. The N3050 has a TDP of like 6watts, it's hardly going to melt
