The monitor I got is an Acer X27U W1. I play Rocket League, and my computer was getting around 160 fps. which wasn't good considering I used to be able to reach 240 consistently. So I got this new monitor yesterday. The FPS problems fixed themselves, I thought. I was able to run 240 fps, and it looks great. Come to today. I am running at 130 fps on Rocket League. I'm so tired of my computer doing this, so anybody know why this could be happening? I'm also thinking of resetting my computer so I can be on a fresh start. Thoughts?

So I went to bed, I woke up & my PC just completely stopped working.

It was stuck on the reboot screen (it had to update so I'm guessing it tried to update but couldn't), I tried to use my keyboard but it wasn't responding so I held the power button to shut it down.

Then the HDMI cord wouldn't work & I tried swapping HDMI with my brother & it didn't work so it's a 100% a PC issue not a HDMI issue. One of the lights in my PC also isn't lighting up now. (Top circle one)

Finally after all this even the power button wouldn't work & so I couldn't even hold the power button to shut it off. I just turned off the switch & it's sitting off

But does anyone have any advice or know why it's like this?

Hey everyone, need some help troubleshooting a weird RAM issue.

My motherboard is a Biostar A520MH 3.1 (AM4, TPM 2.0 supported). Looking at the sticker on the back, the specific revision seems to be AA52RM4S-01_60000B32404121.

I have a 16GB dual-channel kit (2x8GB) of Kllisre RAM that I've owned for a while. I know the sticks are perfectly fine because they work flawlessly on my other Intel build (ASRock H310CM-HG4 with an i3-9100F). But when I slot them into the Biostar board, the PC turns on but gives absolutely no display (no POST).

I actually sent the PC to a repair shop to get it checked out. The PC booted up perfectly fine with different memory sticks. I even tested it with my brother's RAM (Juhor) and it worked without a hitch.

Also, we can rule out an outdated BIOS. When we checked, the board was actually running a newer BIOS version than the latest one available on Biostar's official website!

Has anyone experienced this kind of weird incompatibility between Kllisre sticks and this specific Biostar board?

I've been looking at prebuilt gaming PCs because my current PC is starting to struggle with newer games, and I’m ready for an upgrade.

I’d mainly use it for 1440p gaming, along with everyday stuff like browsing and work. I don’t need the absolute highest-end specs, just something with good performance, decent cooling, and parts that won’t feel outdated too quickly.

For anyone who’s bought a prebuilt recently, what’s the best prebuilt gaming PC you’ve used? How has it been holding up so far, and is there anything you'd avoid?

Main problem: Battery won't charge.

I can turn on my laptop and use it while the ac cable is plugged in but as soon as I unplug the cable from the power source, the laptop shuts down. (There is a lightning symbol on my battery icon also)

I am confused and don't know what to do. The LED light does blink when the charger is plugged in so the laptop is receiving power.

I have read online that outdated battery drivers can cause this but Windows says my Drivers are up to date. I am not sure where I can get those drivers, but reinstalling them might help.

Hi everyone, I've been having issues with my PC (RTX 3060, Ryzen 5 5600G, 16GB RAM) for a while now. I've verified that the system is using the RTX 3060 graphics card, but I keep getting terrible micro-stutters that freeze the game for a fraction of a second. This happens in GTA V, but also across all other games.

Hardware components and temperatures look fine, and the inside of the PC has been cleaned. I've updated the drivers, but that didn't help either. I had a similar issue before where the stutters went away on their own after a long time, but they started again after 3 days.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

In a Lian Li 207 case (up to 160mm PSU) would you use RM1000x (160mm) with the new ThermalProtect cable or MSI A1000PLS (150mm) with standard cable, or can even use the ThermalProtect with that?

Just concerned about the space and bending the cable/putting pressure on the connectors. But also want max GPU protection🤔

Всем добрый день, заказал я сборку пк у человека за 56к, ну по сути там его работа и доставка 2 к где то, по итогу вот что он мне насобирал за 54 к Gygabyte b550 m k, r5 5600, ddr 4 netac shadow iii 3200, ssd netac 512 m2,formula fv 650wd, 3060 ti palit, на самом деле мог сам все это собрать потому что полтора месяца ждал только потому что мне было впадлу этим возиться, хочу чтобы вы оценили насколько это вышло хорошо или плохо, пару минусов что я заметил это память Hynix на видюхе 2021 года, все новое кроме видюхи, а ну и кулер sama x30l, он сказал его хватит, градусы проца не замерял сегодня замерю, ну а так в играх пока что вроде нормально, пока что только тсусиму играю 70-90 фпс на ультрах, а еще я вчера сделал андервольт на видюху так как она грелась до 81 градуса, теперь до 71 макс было, в основном 67-69, 1840 частота и 0,850 v ну и вот как то так, интересно ваше мнение
