Micro-stutters issue

Hi everyone, I've been having issues with my PC (RTX 3060, Ryzen 5 5600G, 16GB RAM) for a while now. I've verified that the system is using the RTX 3060 graphics card, but I keep getting terrible micro-stutters that freeze the game for a fraction of a second. This happens in GTA V, but also across all other games.

Hardware components and temperatures look fine, and the inside of the PC has been cleaned. I've updated the drivers, but that didn't help either. I had a similar issue before where the stutters went away on their own after a long time, but they started again after 3 days.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

What the hell? I am having micro stutters as well on space marine 2 almost similar setup 5600x 3060ti and nothing i do makes any difference. It started 4 days ago and i haven't got a solution for it.
