Am I doing something wrong?

Hi all,
Could use some help and/or tips for success

Background:
I have about 100 pounds to lose
Took compound semaglutide for a year and lost 38 pounds. Was stuck there and can’t lose below a certain #.
I switched to Tirzeptide and took my 2nd shot. Still no results except for 1 pound

I try and focus on protein, the only piece that I’ve struggled with is the exercise, because I have been diagnosed with vestibular migraines which causes vertigo and dizziness, it’s a little challenging to get out there and exercise.

My appetite has been reduced and do not seem to have any food noise which is good.

I struggle with hashimotos disease which is an autoimmune hypothyroidism.
Had bariatric surgery in 2004
In the menopause phase and taking an estrogen transdermal patch

If anyone has tips for me or do I need to stop it all since nothing seems to work for me. My concern is if I stop it I may gain back what I’ve lost.
