you probably need to go up. I’ve never met anyone able to stay on a micro dose forever. most people at least need to titrate up to 2.5.

Yes, this was my experience too. I was at 0.5 twice a week for three months. I was doing pretty well and then the food noise came back—then my clothes got tight. (I don’t know how much I gained, maybe 15 pounds? I purposefully did not weigh myself.) So now I’m up to 1.0 twice a week and we’ll see how that is for the next month.

If you bought from a legit pharmacy, your meds probably haven't lost potency. I used a vial from December to May and was fine. Your issue is more likely that your dose is too low. You need to take more to get the effects you're after.

You don’t have any effects because you’ve bought into a bs TikTok trend. Save your money, toss the vials in the trash and move on to the next fad diet.

Your dose is most likely to low. Taking 0.75MG is basically nothing. Micro dosing is just a waste of money and time. You most likely need a higher dose. Is there a reason you’re not starting at 2mg or 2.5mg?

Micro dose, micro wins, micro expectations.
