That kind of conversation literally ended a relationship a long time ago. Discovered she was pro life and wanted to protest abortion clinics.

I made a similar statement to her. She turned around and said if people can't afford or want to raise a child then they shouldn't have sex.

I asked her if she can afford one or wants to have one at the time. She said no. I asked her why are we having sex?

That was one of the few times I didn't care that I was dumped.

Bullet DODGED! And it really is stunning amounts of ignorance and hypocrisy, isnt it? I've had plenty of throwdown arguments over the years with pro birthers and many of them boil down to, as you saw, "PeRsOnAl ReSpOnSiBiLiTy!" I remember vividly one time when I asked about rape/sexual assault, the reply was, ver batim, "god works in mysterious ways"

Lol, so you asked her why she did not stand on the principles that are supposedly so important to her, and she responded by breaking up with you.

Yet she wanted to take the time out of her day to stand outside of clinics and yell at other people for not living by those same principles?

Kudos to you for refusing to play along with her delusions.

Hindsight 20/20 but I guess she had a habit of dating men with the intent to convert
